According to “people familiar with the matter,” the Animal Crossing smartphone app is likely to release sometime in the latter half of 2017, and The Legend of Zelda’s new smartphone game is expected to follow.

Art & Artifacts features over 400 pages of illustrations from the Legend of Zelda series, from box art and rare promotional pieces to official character art and interviews with the artists.
When asked if there was any prospect that the 3DS Zelda teams would be making a new entry in the series for the Switch, Zelda producer Aonuma replied, “Yes, there is definitely a possibility.”
