Step into the Arena in Tales of the Abyss and you'll run into other Tales characters. Mint Adenade (Phantasia), Philia Felice (Destiny), Reid Hershel (Eternia), and Nanaly Fletch (Destiny 2) are in the Tales of the Abyss.
The "f" in Tales of Graces f really stands for future. Echoing the news from Europe, Namco Bandai announced Tales of Graces f is a 2012 game in North America too.
We haven't seen a trailer of Tales of the Abyss for the Nintendo 3DS, so I suppose this commercial is the first gameplay footage of the port. Don't blink or you'll miss it!
