Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredders Revenge has released the Radical Reptiles DLC, now available. This new expansion brings two new playable characters, Mona Lisa & Mondo Gecko. The DLC launched alongside an official trailer.

Mondo Gecko, the Turtles' radical surfer ally, s the team with his skateboard skills, while Mona Lisa, a physics student turned reptilian fighter, enters with her scientific prowess and chemical-based attacks. Alongside the DLC release, a free update for all players introduces a Remix Mode for the official game soundtrack. 

The new mode features contributions from several renowned guest remixers, including:

Karai's chain-based ninjutsu moves were a standout in the trailer, while Usagi, from Usagi Yojimbo, made his long-awaited return to TMNT games.

Sony has announced that the PlayStation VR2 will soon be compatible with a PC via Steam. The new PlayStation VR2 App will allow s to play VR games and apps on Steam using Sony's headset and Sense controllers. The app is set to release on August 6, 2024.

The PlayStation VR2 App will enable s to set up their headset and controllers on a Windows PC, update the headset and controller firmware, and adjust settings such as play area and screen brightness directly from the SteamVR dashboard. s will need the PlayStation VR2 headset, PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers, the PlayStation VR2 PC adapter, and the app to use the VR headset with other games.

The minimum system requirements for running the PlayStation VR2 App include a 64-bit processor and operating system, Windows 10/11, an Intel Core i5 7600 / AMD Ryzen 3 3100 processor, 8 GB RAM, and a compatible graphics card such as the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 or later. 

The PlayStation VR2 launched back in February 2023. It is the successor to the original VR headset released for the PS4. Prior to the release of the adaptor and app, it could only be used with a PlayStation 5 and its games.

The PlayStation VR2 is available worldwide for the PS5 and PC.

On August 1, 2024, Mandalorian Bounty Hunter Jango Fett will return in a full remaster of the 2002 PS2 and GameCube game starring him. The release date was confirmed for this updated version of Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, which will include textural overhauls and be playable on the PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

A trailer showcasing gameplay and the updated texture work debuted to show everyone what to expect. The game features mission-based gameplay, where you use all of Jango Fett's bounty hunting tools to accomplish jobs. Players will jetpack through areas, use Jango's twin blasters to fight off foes, and travel across famous Star Wars locales in pursuit of bounties. The game, focusing on the history of the famous Bounty Hunter and source of the Clone Troopers, shows the adventures he went on before becoming selected to be the Clone Trooper template.

The rerelease is developed by Aspyr. Aspyr had a hand in Star Wars rereleases for a while now, porting the classic Star Wars: Battlefront games to modern consoles alongside the remasters of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. This game was also released exclusively for the PS4 in 2019, via a physical edition through Limited Run Games. It s the new Star Wars: Hunters hero-shooter.

The Star Wars: Bounty Hunter rerelease release date is August 1, 2024. It will be available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.

The Devolver Digital Showcase was held on June 7, 2024, featuring Volvy’s 15th Birthday Party, a short film with a mix of comedy and horror elements. Through the lens of a Devolver Digital and Volvy super fan, the event highlighted several anticipated releases and expansions, as well as new titles from well known developers.

One of the major highlights was the announcement of Cult of the Lamb: Unholy Alliance. It introduces a new playable character, the Goat, for local co-op multiplayer. Publisher PQube revealed the Labyrinth of Zangetsu release date via a new trailer. The RPG will be available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam on April 20, 2023. Developed by Acquire and KaeruPanda Inc, Labyrinth of Zangetsu is a first-person dungeon-crawling RPG set in a feudal Japanese setting. In this world where Yokai and other Japanese mythological beings are real, the player must enter a labyrinth to save the city of Ido from a disaster.

It also shows off the traditional ink painting style of the game's art and its music that is inspired by Japanese instruments.

According to the game's official site Labyrinth of Zangetsu takes place in the city of Ido, which is suffering from the “Ink of Ruin” which the player must stop. The player's party can be made up of six different preexisting heroes or custom characters of their own creation. These characters can then be taken into combat in the labyrinth against Yokai and other Japanese monsters from a first-person perspective. While they battle the player's party formation consists of two lines, an offensive front row, and a defensive back row.

Labyrinth of Zangetsu will be released on April 20, 2023, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.

On March 17, 2023, Koei Tecmo Europe announced via its Twitter that it shipped over 1.6 million copies of Atelier Ryza series games. The milestone was marked with a short animation featuring the series' heroines. Beginning in 2019, Atelier Ryza is the latest trilogy of games in the sprawling Atelier series that started in 1997. The original Ryza game would go on to be followed by two sequels Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy, and Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key.

The Atelier series began life in 1997 with Atelier Marie: The Alchemist of Salburg for the original PlayStation, and would be followed by 24 main series games. These include a variety of subseries that typically follow the same protagonists and take place in the same world. These include the Iris and  Arland series. The most recent series is Secrets, which Ryza and its sequels are a part of.

The series continues to this day with the release of Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key on March 24, 2023.  A remake of the very first game in the series titled Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg is slated for release in July of 2023.

Bandai Namco announced the game Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 was ed five million times and is celebrating with a variety of bonuses. Gun Cannon Aqua [TB] is ing the roster, for one. Also, to commemorate the occasion, players will be given a variety of mobile suits and other items for logging in. The event is live now.

The following items can be gained by logging in during the event period.

Until March 23, 2023 the Gun Cannon Aqua will have a boosted chance of appearing in supply drops.

Once per day until March 28th, 2023, players are given one free supply drop for a total of a maximum of 14 across the duration of the event. This particular supply drop will guarantee a two-star or higher mobile suit, with the possibility of a four-star mobile suit appearing.

A special step-up supply drop will also be available during the celebration. For 30 tokens ten consecutive supply drops will have a bonus mobile suit as the 11th drop. This can be done a total of three times.

The following mobile suits can be obtained at the 11th drop:

• Baund Doc Level 1
• Delta Plus Level 1
• Geara Zulu (Angelo) Level 1

A new player experience also will run alongside the five million event. The event also features a three-part new player step-up supply drop banner with bonuses for each step. The first step is free and guarantees a one-star mobile suit, while the second does the same with a two-star mobile suit plus 150 two-star mechanic tickets, and finally the third gives a three-star mobile suit and 200 three-star mechanic tickers.

You can play Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 on PlayStation 4 and 5 now and on PC via Steam later in 2023. The five million s event runs until March 29, 2023.

A new event for the mobile game Goddess of Victory: Nikke will begin this week and add a new character named Biscuit. Titled “Bow-Wow Paradise," the new event involves dogs overrunning the game's setting The Ark, and making a mess of things. The characters then assemble to deal with the problem. The event runs will begin after the end of maintenance on March 15, 2023.

Various items can be found during the Bow-Wow Paradise event. By completing event quests Recruit Vouchers and enhancement items can be acquired. A seven-day log-in bonus will also appear. Checking in each day will mean getting items such as skill enhancement material and others.

The event also sees the new character Biscuit the world of Nikke. Biscuit is a -type unit who can heal and power up your other characters. According to the event's patch notes, she will provide first-aid when a Defender-Type character's health is low and give them temporary invincibility. She can also raise the critical rate of a character and is the first Nikke who can rebuild cover. Biscuit can be acquired through the game's Special Recruit system.

Goddess of Victory: Nikke is a mobile game that released on iOS and Android platforms in 2022. Its a PC client debuted in 2023. It features female soldiers called Nikkes fighting mechanical aliens during a post-apocalyptic war.

Chucklefish announced that Wargroove 2 is in development for the PC and the Nintendo Switch. In the new trailer, gameplay is shown that features tropical pirates facing off against soldiers in turn-based battles. No release window beyond 2023 is given, but the game can be wishlisted now on PCs via Steam.

The trailer begins with an introduction to a new setting, the Saffron Isles in the country of Aurania. This pirate-themed location is home to Nadia, a female pirate who fights with a flame thrower. Nadia then mentions that strange invaders have been spotted in the area recently. To fight back, old friends also raised armies and created new grooves to fight against their foes.

Wargroove 2 will feature a variety of new features to set it apart from its predecessor. There will be new commanders and multitiered groove system battles. There are also five new unit types. All units can also be powered up by picking up new items.

Details about campaigns and original options came up. There will be three new campaigns. Beyond the main story, a new rogue-like mode known as Conquest will appear. The map editor will return and features the ability to make your own campaign and cut scenes as well.

The original Wargroove released in 2019 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Featuring gameplay inspired by the Nintendo Wars series, players can take on the role of one of 15 commanding officers, each with their own stats and abilities. You then take your army and fight against an enemy across a tile-based map in both single and multiplayer modes.

Wargroove 2 will come to the Nintendo Switch and PC in 2023.

It was revealed on March 1,2023 via a tweet on the RPG Maker Unite Twitter that RPG Maker Unite release date will be April 6, 2023.  It will cost $90.90 on launch. It will only be available via the Unity Asset Store at launch, with a Steam version arriving later.

RPG Maker Unite is the newest iteration of the long-running RPG Maker franchise and runs on the Unity game engine. Key features of the game include being able to make maps via a title-based editing system and it being accessible to prospective game developers without a background in coding. Also new to this version of RPG Maker is the Outline Editor, which generates a flow chart that visualizes the story of a game.

RPG Maker began life in the 1990s, with several iterations of the concept coming to PC over a period of several years. The most notable was RPG Maker 95 and 2000, which came to America in the early 2000s with fan translations. These programs were used to make several games that would become well-known in the gaming community like Yume Nikki.  More recent versions of RPG Maker, like RPG Maker MZ and MV, have also been used to produce notable indie games such as Omori.

The RPG Maker Unite reelase date is April 6, 2023. It will be available via the Unity Asset Store. It will come to Steam at a later date.

The English language voice actors for Wild Hearts have been revealed. The new monster hunting game from Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force team and published by EA Originals is releasing soon, and the cast has now been officially confirmed by the voice of Ujishige, Yuki Matsuzaki.

Wild Hearts is a game similar to Monster Hunter, set in a land tormented by fierce beasts known as Kemono. The people of this land utilize ancient technology known as Karakuri to allow them to take down these beasts, turning the tech into traps, weapons, and other devices to help turn the tide in their favor.

Wild Hearts is set to release on February 17, 2023 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC via the EA app, Steam and Epic Games Store.

Honkai Impact 3rd players will earn in-game currency, as well as the chance to win bonuses and a Yae Sakura figure, during the 2023 Community Special New Year Program. While all viewers will get a chance to redeem 120 Crystals for ing the stream, further bonuses will be granted based on how long they continue to watch. At TGA 2022, Supergiant Games announced Hades 2. This game is the sequel to the acclaimed Hades, released on December 2018 for PC and later on reached PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Switch.

In Hades 2 the player will set to defeat Cronos, the mighty Greek Titan and lord of time itself. It is still unknown who the player character will be, who has only be called “witch” in the reveal trailer but from the looks of it, it will be a sister of Zagreus and daughter of Hades himself. It seems her name is Melinoë.

Bandai Namco announced the broadcast of a new program with information on Blue Protocol. It is the company’s online action-RPG. The sixth episode of a series of detailed reports on Blue Protocol is set to broadcast on December 15, 2022 introducing the latest information. As announced in the previous entry, this sixth episode will focus on introducing additional features to the game.

The fifth episode revealed Hiroyuki Sawano is the composer for the main theme of the game. Other information came up, such as details about several new classes, the character creator, gameplay details. It also showcased the menus and UI of the game. Blue Protocol is an Online Action-RPG developed by Bandai Namco for PC, with a release window of Spring 2023. Designed as action game in which players can fight with a variety of different weapons and skills. The game will feature group battles with various classes such as the Aegis Fighter and Twin Striker, as well as a distinctive anime, cell-shaded graphic style. Bandai Namco is currently accepting players for the network test of the game. The deadline for applications is December 13, 2022.

Blue Protocol is being developed by Bandai Namco for PCs and will release on spring 2023. It is still unknown if Blue Protocol will launch globally.

Originally released for Oculus Quest, this new version of the game features new content. These features include controller , a Non-VR Mode that allows play without VR equipment, and the new View Mode, allowing the player to move freely within the stage during VR Mode. The PS5 version will be compatible with the PSVR 2, which will be releasing on the same day as the game. The PS4 version will VR Mode via PSVR and the PlayStation Move motion controller.

The game includes 15 popular songs sung by Kizuna AI, including "Hello, Morning." The developers plan to the game post release, by adding additional elements such as additional songs, additional costumes along with songs performed by #kzn, a Vocaloid-like AI-based voice synthesis character.

Kizuna Ai is the first character to popularize the concept of Virtual Youtubers, following her debut in November 2016. Gawr Gura of Hololive EN sured her subscriber count in July, 2021.

Kizuna AI - Touch the Beat! releases on PS5 and PSVR 2 on February 22, 2023. The PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC versions are scheduled for release on April 27, 2023.
