Mixi has revealed that it will add crossover content from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion to Monster Strike. The mobile game will have numerous collaboration events that run throughout the latter half of March 2025. They will reward characters from the anime series, and most of them will come from the R2 season.

This event will feature more than ten recruitable character units. Five of them—Lelouch, Kallen, Suzaku, Rolo, and Toudou—will be recruitable via gacha banners. Anya, Gino, Jeremiah, Cornelia, Bismarck, and Xingke will be available by clearing their respective quests, and C.C. will only be available by purchasing a starter pack.

Another set of Geass Missions will reward the Black Knights (Zero, Kallen, Ougi, and Kaname) as a single character unit. There will also be a daily stamp campaign that will let players earn another character group unit based on the Ashford Academy students (Lelouch, Suzaku, Kallen, Shirley, Milly, and Rivaul).

Monster Strike has been one of the long-lasting titles that defined the Japanese mobile game scene for over ten years, with the other one being GungHo's Puzzle & Dragons. Both games have been recently known for adding crossover content from a vast number of external franchises, which have since also included the Mobile Suit Gundam series.

The Code Geass crossover event in the Japanese Android and iOS mobile game Monster Strike will launch on March 15, 2025. The closing date for each content in the event will vary between April 1-5, 2025.

Mixi published details about the new Monster Strike crossover content that is inspired by The Quintessential Quintuplets movie. Players will be able to recruit characters from the latter title—including the titular quintuplets—for a limited time from late October 2024 until early November 2024.

The Nakano quintuplets will be the main highlights of this crossover. Mixi will hold a gacha banner that includes each of the five characters separately. It will also have a one-time free gacha banner where players are guaranteed to get one of the quintuplets at random.

In addition, Mixi will hold a special quest that rewards Futaro Coins when played in Multiplayer mode. Players will be able to use these coins to obtain Futaro and Raiha as a single fire-elemental character unit.

The mobile puzzle game Monster Strike is still running strong in Japan even after more than 11 years have ed since its initial launch in September 2013. Mixi has also added numerous crossover content from many external franchises, including Spy X Family and Mobile Suit Gundam.

Monster Strike is readily available for Android and iOS mobile devices in Japan. The new crossover content from The Quintessential Quintuplets movie crossover content will be available in Monster Strike from October 26, 2024, until November 5, 2024.

When you during the event, you can get a free copy of Denji & Pochita. There is also a combined Denji & Power unit that is a special summon. This unit is capable of Mode Shift, which will change aspects such as the leader skill and element. Though you cannot summon them, Devils from Chainsaw Man will make cameo appearances in the collaboration quests. Some examples include Katana Man, the Bat Devil, and Akane Sawatari.

During the Chainsaw Man event in Kotodaman, you can also purchase voiced stickers of the characters. You will be able to use them in multiplayer. All of the voice actors from the show have reprised their roles for this. Kotodaman is not the first mobile game to run an event with Chainsaw Man. Other games in the past that collaborated with the popular show include Bloodline: The Last Royal Vampire and White Cat Project.

Kotodaman is a free-to-play smartphone puzzle game in Japan. It is similar to Scrabble in which you use hiragana to create as many words as you can. This will create attacks that defeat enemies. Information on the Chainsaw Man units’ skills will appear closer to the event’s launch.

Mobile game Monster Strike is getting a new Gundam crossover event. It is one that'll add characters from the first Gundam show, as well as the most recent one.

The new Monster Strike Gundam crossover will be led by two new roster additions. From the original Mobile Suit Gundam, Amuro Ray and the RX-78-2 Gundam will appear as a six-star unit. The unit is a light element character. In the unit art, Amuro is dressed in his Earth Federation forces uniform, while the Gundam wields a beam rifle.

Meanwhile, participants will be able to gain a free unit from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury. Suletta Mercury and her mobile suit, Gundam Aerial. Suletta and Aerial will be available through the event's promotion. Participants that each day of the event for a given period will receive the new unit as a reward. Suletta is dressed in the Asticassia School of Technology uniform (in the Holder's colors), while Aerial displays its bit-staves in their shield configuration.

Developer Mixi promised more information about the Monster Strike Gundam crossover event during a news broadcast scheduled for January 12, 2023. The teases implied that more Gundam series units would be unveiled as part of the event. They might be new playable characters, or simply referenced in-game as part of the event content.

The Monster Strike Gundam event will go live in January soon, with a date to be specified. The global edition of the game shut down in 2017, so like the recent Spy x Family crossover, the Gundam series event is effectively Japan-exclusive. Those interested can the app for Android and iOS in Japan.

The Japanese mobile game Monster Strike will feature guest appearances of characters from Spy x Family. Mixi has announced that the collaboration event will run from May 27 to June 2, 2022. Players of the mobile game will be able to recruit the Forger family to their unit collection.

A limited gacha pool will appear for the duration of the event. It will give a chance for players to obtain Loid, Yor, and Anya Forger as party . Players can also enhance the characters using specific materials, which will not only boost their stats but also give them new visuals. The Monster Strike crossover event will also add Good Job stamps featuring more Spy x Family characters other than Loid, Yor, and Anya.

Monster Strike is a mobile game where players collect and enhance monsters and characters to place them in battles. The player catapults the units around the game field, and they will deal damage by literally hitting the enemies.

The mobile game launched first in Japan in 2013. The English localization appeared in the West in 2014, but Mixi shut it down in August 2017. The game is still actively running in Japan, and in 2021 it was also one of Japan's top Twitter hashtags. Mixi had also previously released crossover content from many other famous franchises, such as Final Fantasy in 2017 and Star Wars in 2018.

Monster Strike is available on Android and iOS devices in Japan. Players of the mobile game will be able to acquire the Spy x Family characters from May 27 to June 2, 2022.

As a videogame publisher, Ubisoft have more ties to Japan than you might know. In 2008, Ubisoft acquired a Japanese developer named Digital Kids who have been developing the publisher’s highly successful Petz games in recent years.

In North America, Ubisoft have published select Japanese games like the PC version of Resident Evil 4 and No More Heroes and No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle. Conversely, in Japan, they have a game distribution agreement with Square Enix, who distribute their products in the territory.

At the end of 2009, Ubisoft’s Executive Director in Europe, Alain Corre, spoke to Japanese magazine, Famitsu, about the company’s desire to create hit games targeted at the Japanese market, provided that they could find suitable talent to develop such a title. While there’s been no indication of this so far, Ubisoft are taking steps to appeal to the Japanese market...on Mixi.

Mixi is one Japan’s leading social-networking websites with a base of 20 million that Ubisoft are hoping to appeal to with Castle Land, their first Japanese-language title on the service, released in December.

Castle Land was originally a Facebook game titled Castle & Co., a kingdom-management RPG. The game has you managing a kingdom, constructing buildings and setting up decorations. Since Castle Land is a social game, you can also visit the kingdoms of your friends and assist them.

AQ Interactive ambitiously started out as an Xbox 360 publisher with Tetris: The Grandmaster Ace before moving on to (relatively) bigger budget action games like Bullet Witch and Vampire Rain. They've scaled back since then, canceled Cry On, and went back to making mahjong games with anime licenses for the PSP.

Their new strategy includes making games for Mixi, Japan's largest social networking service. AQ Interactive announced Browser Sangokushi for mixi, which might be analogous to a theoretical Sim Feudal Japan for Facebook. Not sure if this is a sign that AQ Interactive has fallen on hard times or if they spotted an opportunity ignored by other publishers. Square Enix started making MySpace games so the latter option is realistic.
