For every 2000 JPY you spend at one of the Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade pop up stores, you can get a bonus gift. The Ikebukuro location gives you a random clear card while the Fukuoka location gives a random postcard. Each store has a different end date as well. The Ikebukuro store will close on December 8, 2024. Meanwhile, the Fukuoka store will close a day later on December 9, 2024.

Google has published the Japanese version of its Best of 2024 awards. Bandai Namco's Hatsuboshi Gakuen: The Idolmaster has particularly won the Best Game award in the country's version of the annual awards that give rewards to notable games available on Android mobile devices.

This award also served as a testament to Gakuen Idolmaster's success. Sensor Tower Japan noted that the game topped the amount rankings on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store in Japan in a full month following its release on May 16, 2024.

Google has also published a list of games that win other awards. The list of winners is as follows:

• Best Multiplayer Game: Squad Busters

The Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade English version is now available, and there are multiple events running as the mobile game launches in English. There are four launch events, with two available now, and four events that start and run the first week someone plays through the title.

The new player events consist of two campaigns and two tied to actual activities. You get 2,100 cubes for logging in seven days in a row after just starting the game with the Starter’s Gift. Between November 7-21, 2024, the Launch Gift gives people more Cubes and in-game items. The other new player bonuses are a Friend Invitation that gives you up to 3,000 Cubes if you invite others to play. The last one is a set of missions for SSR Recollection Bits.

The other Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade gamelaunch events are split up over the rest of November 2024. Starting today, there is the A Homesick Horizon Gacha banner and a matching story event. Both of those run until November 21, 2024. Between November 16-25, 2024, there is a Phantom Parade Featured Gacha banner and a Grand Exorcism Battle: Spiritual Mountain Range Arc map event. 

There’s a trailer dedicated to A Homesick Horizon that shows what to expect from that first story event.

Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade, a mobile game that debuted in Japan in November 2023, will appear in English. Bilibili Game already opened pre-registration for the Android and iOS versions, though there is no word if the PC version that launched in other regions in April 2024 will also eventually show up everywhere too.

This game essentially follows Yuji Itadori’s story after he eats Ryomen Sukuna’s finger and, in so doing, is exposed to the world of sorcerers and curses. He then heads to Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School to learn to hone his new skills alongside his classmates Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki and teacher Satoru Gojo. 

Here’s the first English trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade, which includes some animated segments and a look at turn-based battles in the game.

Pre-registration is now open, and there are also rewards we get if certain tiers are hit. Here are the goals so far:

Sensor Tower revealed that the revenue for TOHO Games and Sumzap's Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade had sured $100 million in June 2024. The company made the announcement after it gathered earnings data for the free-to-play game on the Japanese iOS and Android scenes since its initial launch in late November 2023.

The company also noted that the game's half-anniversary celebrations in late May 2024 brought a new peak to the game's activities, which helped it reach the milestone quickly. In addition to a new all-high weekly active count, Sumzap also saw huge spikes in revenue rankings on mobile platforms following its additions of Satoru Gojo on May 21, 2024, Suguru Geto on May 31, 2024, and Toji Fushiguro on June 3, 2024.

Sensor Tower also published more charts that show how Phantom Parade dominated the Japanese mobile gaming market in the Squad RPG genre from its launch until June 30, 2024. With over $100 million in revenue and more than 3 million s recorded, the game sured the likes of Blue Archive, Haikyu!! Touch The Dream, and Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice. The company added that Phantom Parade had the second-highest overall sales after Umamusume: Pretty Derby.

The game reached the sales milestone even though it is still only formally available in Japan as of mid-2024. It could have gotten to the $100 million mark even earlier, as TOHO Games and Sumzap had also released the PC version of Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade on the DMM Games platform in April 2024. As mentioned earlier, Sensor Tower only gathered the game's statistics from the mobile releases via the Japanese official Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Toho Animation announced the release of a new Jujutsu Kaisen special showcase focused on bringing new information about the anime series and the video games based on the show. The broadcast will air on the official Toho Animation YouTube Channel on May 19, 2024 at 8pm JST.

Aside from talking about the Jujutsu Kaisen anime series, the other focus of the special showcase will be the recently released Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash fighting game, as well as the Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade mobile game, which also released on PC in April 2024. Cursed Clash Producer Misaki Kai will appear as one of the guests, alongside anime Season 2 and Phantom Parade producer Tatsuya Oomori.

Neki Matsuzawa will be the host of the broadcast, and Yuichi Nakamura and Takahiro Sakurai, the Japanese voice actors for Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto respectively, will appear as part of the special program to talk about the second season of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime series as well as the aforementioned console and mobile video games.

TOHO Games and Sumzap have released the PC version of Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade. After being previously teased in March 2024, people can now play the game on their PCs via the DMM Games platform. The team is also giving away a free SSR gacha ticket to celebrate the PC version's release until May 16, 2024. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

DMM Games has also added a new webpage that explains how existing players on mobile devices can link their data with the PC version. When players have completed this procedure, they will be able to sync almost all of their progress, inventory, and collection. The only thing that will not carry over is the gem currency, which remains exclusive to the platform the player purchased it from.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade originally appeared on iOS and Android mobile devices on November 21, 2023. In this free-to-play RPG, people can form a party consisting of characters from the series by gathering them via gacha and other gameplay methods.

Phantom Parade is a mobile RPG with command-based battles where players can form a party consisting of characters gathered through gameplay and gacha. Players who already have an in the existing mobile versions will also be able to link their save data with the PC release.

TOHO Games and Sumzap initially revealed Phantom Parade in mid-2021 with a 2022 release window. However, the development team delayed the game's release multiple times until it eventually came out for mobile devices in late November 2023. In the new press release, TOHO Games also revealed that the free-to-play game has sured 4 million s as of February 5, 2024.

The PC version will only be available on Windows 10 64-bit or newer operating systems. People who want to play the game on PCs will also have to make sure that their devices have a minimum RAM of 8 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 620 VGA card, and at least 20 GB of free storage space.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade is immediately available on Android and iOS devices in Japan. The free-to-play Jujutsu Kaisen game will also appear on PC via DMM Games in 2024.

All of the characters from the show's first season will be present as playable units, and the story will also draw from the plot arc. For reference, the show's first season ended during the Death Painting Arc. The game's plot will also branch off into an original story featuring original characters.

Since the game reached its pre-registration goal, all players will receive a guaranteed SSR gacha ticket that you can re-roll until you get who you want. As a reminder, Phantom Parade will be a turn-based RPG. The characters will use skills that they demonstrated during the first season of the anime. You’ll also be able to use combination attacks depending on who you have in your party.

The official for Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade has ed a short video introducing what the game will be about. Though the release window was not in the trailer, the Twitter posted that Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade will come out in late November 2023.

Gojo explains what Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade will be like in the trailer on YouTube. While the story will mostly follow the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen, there will also be an original plot and characters. A brand new and original story, the Fukuoka Sister School Arc, will be exclusive to Phantom Parade.

The game will feature all of the characters from the first season, with their voice actors reprising their roles. Kaito Yuki (Kotaro Nishiyama) and Saki Rindo (Rina Sato) are the original characters for the game. There will be a turn-based battle system.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 originally ran from 2020 to 2021. It ended in the middle of the Death Painting Arc. Currently, the anime is airing its second season. It already covered the Gojo’s Past Arc and is still working through the Shibuya Incident Arc. It’s unknown if Phantom Parade will eventually cover content from the second season or if it will continue implementing original stories and characters.

Sumzap says the delay is to improve the overall quality of the game. It will update the new release window on its Twitter and its official website when the development team has a better estimate. As well, it apologizes for how it cannot deliver the game in Spring 2023 as it had promised before. This is the second delay for Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade. The game was originally supposed to come out in 2022, but then Sumzap had to delay it until Spring 2023. The reason back then was also to improve the quality of the game.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade will be a turn-based RPG based on the popular Jujutsu Kaisen anime and manga. For those who have not seen it yet, it is available for streaming on services such as Netflix and Crunchyroll. It will mostly stick to the canon story, though there are characters who are exclusive to the game. So far, we have seen Saki Rindo, Kaito Yuki, and Kensuke Nagino. According to Sumzap’s official Twitter , the reason behind the delay is to improve the overall quality of the game. Sumzap reassured potential players that the development is going smoothly. In the second trailer, you can see a bit more of what the gameplay is like. More specifically, it focused on the special moves of the characters, as well as how key scenes from the anime will look in the mobile game.

In the video, we can see characters like Fushiguro, Panda, and Inumaki using their signature cursed techniques. At the end, there is also a combination move between Yuji and Todo.

As a reminder, Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade will mostly follow the plot of the show and manga, but it will likely have its own story as well. So far, we know of three original characters will be in the game.

Jujutsu Kaisen is a manga and anime series that was wildly popular when the anime originally aired in 2020. The manga is one of the best-selling manga series of all time, with over 70 million copies as of August 2022. The movie based on the prequel, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, made over 5.8 billion yen during its theatrical run.

The official YouTube channel for Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade ed the opening anime sequence for the mobile game. There is still no official release date for Phantom Parade, but pre-registrations are open.

The opening features a horde of familiar faces, such as the main trio and the Kyoto students. You can also see some of the game-original characters in the opening movie. Aside from brief glimpses in combat, Saki Rindo and Kaito Yuki seem to be visiting someone in the hospital. The two are from the Fukuoka school. Rina Sato (Makoto from Persona 5) voices Saki, and Koutaro Nishiyama (Minami from Idolish7) voices Kaito. While he does not make an appearance, Kensuke Nagino is also a new character. He is voiced by Rikiya Koyama (Kiritsugu from the Fate series).

Sumzap first announced Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade in June 2021, with pre-registration opening in December of the same year. Like most mobile games, it will be free to , but there will be microtransactions. Most likely, these microtransactions will be to obtain more currency in order to pull for rarer versions of characters. The game will feature a turn-based battle system and will not have an original story.

Depending on how many people pre-, Sumzap will give prizes. For example, if 200,000 people pre-, then Sumzap will give everyone enough currency for two gacha spins. Once Sumzap reaches 300,000, it will hand out Twitter icons for everyone, as well as open up a lottery for a smartphone case. A total of ten people can win the smartphone case from the people who pre-, though you will likely need to live in Japan in order to obtain it.

The Jujtusu Kaisen: Phantom Parade mobile game is open for pre-registration and it will launch in Japan in 2022. In other Jujutsu Kaisen news, the prequel film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 will premiere on September 24, 2021 in Japan.
