Sanrio has teased the performances of Vshojo Vtubers Ironmouse and Kson in the Sanrio Virtual Festival 2025. The company posted two videos of the artists rehearsing on social media alongside the dates of their performances.

Ironmouse will perform on 2 timeslots at the Sanrio Virtual Festival 2025, slated for February 23, 2025 set for at 10:30pm and 6:30pm Japan Standard Time (JST,) with another performance scheduled for March 9 at 1:30pm JST. Her Time Shift performance is set for March 17 at 7:30am JST. Additionally, Ironmouse’s rehearsal video features the artist performing “Sour Taste” while wearing an outfit featuring a Cinnamoroll head accessory. You can check out the video here:

Similarly, Kson’s performances on February 23, 2025 will happen at 11pm and 7pm JST. Her March 9 performance is scheduled for 2pm JST, while her March 17 Time Shift performance will happen at 8am JST. Meanwhile, the Kson rehearsal video for Sanrio Virtual Festival 2025 shows her performing a cover of Kenshi Yonezu’s Vocaloid song “Matryoshka,” released under his Hachi alias. The Sanrio Virtual Festival is running until March 9, 2025. Ironmouse and Kson will perform on February 23 and March 9, 2025 at different timeslots, and Time Shift broadcasts are set for March 17, 2025.

VShojo Vtuber Ironmouse announced on social media that she will be running a VTuber Academy show for streamers. Applications are open until August 14, 2024, and the people picked will get the chance to compete for a free Vtuber model.

Ironmouse specified that this competition will only be open to Twitch Partner streamers who are “fleshstreamers,” as people who are already Vtubers or pngtubers aren’t allowed to compete. The application also asked people to share a video clip up to two minutes long introducing themselves. People were also asked to list some games they enjoy and content they make as a streamer.

There’s no date for when the Ironmouse Vtuber Academy will air. The announcement noted it will be held in the second half of September 2024. It also said that the people picked will take part in challenges for about a six day show.

Ironmouse isn’t the only member of VShojo attempting to help new Vtubers get started, as Zentreya also announced her intentions to assist newcomers in getting started. After the English and Japanese branches of the company announced auditions opened in July 2024, she said she’d like to help fund someone’s debut. 

Ironmouse Vtuber Academy applications are now open. People have until 12pm PT/3pm ET/9pm CET on August 14, 2024 to apply.

Two new additions to the VShojo Vtuber Ironmouse and Gloomy Bear crossover merchandise line are now available to pre-order ahead of their eventual May 2024 debut. They are a limited edition Ironmouse plush and a Gloomy Bear plush available now on the Gloomy Bear online store for $45 and $60, respectively.

These collaboration plushes feature new designs for Ironmouse and Gloomy Bear illustrated by the original artist Mori Chack. Ironmouse has been drawn in a simplistic art style, and Gloomy Bear’s design has him dressed with horns, wings, and other motifs from the VShojo Vtuber. The Ironmouse Human plush measures ten inches in height, while the Gloomy Bear plush stands 12 inches tall.

After securing a pre-order online, the invoice for the full price plus the shipping cost will be sent to the email address that was used to place the reservation. This invoice will arrive on April 15, 2024. To receive the items, it must be paid within 48 hours.
