Hyte and Atlus announced a Metaphor: ReFantazio collection that includes a Y70 PC case, set of keyboard keycaps, keychain, wallscroll, and three different desk pad mousepads. Pre-orders are open, though the official Amazon storefront doesn't show them yet. However, it is important to also note that Hyte products are subject to US President Donald Trump tariffs. As a result, the company announced price increases due to the new duties and Product Director Rob Teller said on Reddit that US new pre-orders that aren’t open are paused and headed to other regions.

In the case of the Y70 Metaphor: ReFantazio PC case, it costs $299.99 before taxes and any additional fees. To go along with the game’s themes and color schemes, the case itself is mahogany. However, the whole cast doesn’t appear on it. The main character, Leon Strohl da Haliaetus, Eiselin Burchelli Meijal Hulkenberg, and Heismay Noctule show up on the glass s. The first 500 pre-orders include the matching wall scroll, according to the product page

The Metaphor: ReFantazio keycaps are also designed to match the Y70. The keys are mahogany with gold letters and iconography based on the game. A Gallica silhouette appears on the enter key, as does the avatar’s sword. Other keys feature things like the teeth monsters and the game’s logo. That set is expected to ship in August 2025, and its price before fees is $109.99.

The other items in the set are more straightforward. Here’s the list:

Hyte shared multiple photos of the different items, which you can see in the gallery below:

Hyte frequently releases PC cases, keycaps, and accessories based on games. One of the major 2023 releases from the company involved a Persona 3 Reload collection. In 2024, a Honkai: Star Rail set based on Silver Wolf showed up. There are also many Hololive items as well.

The Hyte Metaphor: ReFantazio collection begins shipping in July 2025. The game is available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.

Hololive Hoshimachi Suisei PC parts by Hyte

Links International has revealed that it will sell new Hyte PC parts designed after the Hololive Vtuber Hoshimachi Suisei in Japan. The collection will consist of a Hyte Y70 PC case, a mouse pad, and a set of keycaps.

Hyte will use its Y70 PC case to produce a new collaboration model featuring Suisei. The case can host a motherboard sized up to E-ATX, and all of its sides will be colored after the Vtuber's theme palette.

In addition, Hyte is also producing a mouse pad and a set of keycaps designed after the same Vtuber. Some of the keycaps will also feature Suisei's mascot cat, Takoyaki.

The PC case will be available at ¥49,980 (~$333.60), while the mouse pad and keycaps will be part of a single separate package at ¥19,980 (~$133.35). First-print editions of each package will also come with a hanging tapestry showcasing an illustration of Suisei. Links International also opened online pre-orders on its Japanese web store, but both sets were sold out very quickly in just a few hours.

Hyte has been releasing many PC parts modeled after famous Vtubers and video game franchises. The company had previously revealed keycaps designed after Hololive's Japanese 4th Generation and Gamers groups. It had also used the same Y70 PC case for another collaboration model featuring Honkai: Star Rail's Silver Wolf.

The Hyte Y70 PC case, mouse pad, and keycaps designed after Hoshimachi Suisei will be available in late May 2025.

hyte keycaps hololive 4th generation

Hyte has opened up its pre-orders for a keycap set of the 4th generation of hololive VTubers. It costs $99.99 and will ship out in June 2025. As a reminder, Hyte now has international shipping.

You can watch the trailer for the hololive Gen 4 keycap set from Hyte here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPhBgRkNYUI

The keycaps star Amane Kanata, Tsunomaki Watame, Tokoyami Towa, and Himemori Luna. While Kiryu Coco was also part of the fourth generation, she graduated in 2019. The keycaps in question use the girls’ color schemes—blue, yellow, purple, and pink—in a gradient effect on half the keys and most of the Numpad. The rest of the keycaps are white. The accent keys feature iconography associated with each talent, such as Amane’s wings and a sheep for Watame. You can also see the silhouette of all four on the spacebar.

This is not the first time Hyte released hololive-themed keycaps. In 2024, ahead of hololive 5th Fes, it released a Hololive Gamers Capture the Moment set. This one represented Inugami Korone, Nekomata Okayu, Ookami Mio, and Shirakami Fubuki (as they’re all in the Hololive Gamers sub-unit). Like the 4th generation keycaps open for pre-order now, this one featured a combination of pastel colors and white. The keycaps also feature hiragana, much like the Silver Wolf set also from Hyte.

The hololive 4th generation keycaps are available for a limited time at Hyte. You can use them on all sorts of formats and keyboard layouts.

honkai star rail hyte silver wolf desk mat and keycaps

With brands like Akko, Epomaker, and Nuphy on the rise, it’s easier than ever for people to jump into the keyboard hobby, even if they only have a rudimentary knowledge of tech. Especially now, as remote work becomes more common, it's not uncommon to see people get into keyboards to make typing away all day a little more bearable and fun. And what better way to spice up your work space than to buy something featuring your favorite game or character? Boasting such high quality that you don't even need to like Silver Wolf to enjoy them, the Honkai: Star Rail Silver Wolf keycaps and desk mat from Hyte are perfect for any "keeb" novice or enthusiast.

The desk mat has an image of Silver Wolf stretching while a UI interface pops up next to her. Size-wise, it’s a standard 900 x 400 mm. I can fit my mouse, 65% keyboard, and cloud-shaped wrist rest on it with room to spare. It's large enough for a full-size keyboard, so don't worry if that's what you have. Because the design is on the busy side, it hides dust accumulation pretty well. This might be a bad thing for some people, like myself, who don't clean until they see that they have to.

The one unfortunate thing about the desk mat is the fact that it's a desk mat. You can't actually see the design on it if you use in its intended manner. My keyboard and mouse block out most of Silver Wolf’s body. Outside of when I remove everything from the mat so I can clean under my keyboard and mouse pad, I only see part of her face. That's too bad, since I really like the way she looks on here compared to the version of the desk mat that just has her splash art.

The natural lighting from the sun and the camera on my phone washed out the color of the desk mat. Trust me, it's not this pale in person.

In my opinion, the keycaps are the star of the Honkai: Star Rail Silver Wolf bundle from Hyte. Coincidentally, I'd recently purchased a set of keycaps and swapped them into my Halo65. It took longer than it should've to do so, as I had to fish around the box and trays to look for stray alphabet keys or the perfect size I needed. Meanwhile, the Hyte Silver Wolf keycaps were so well organized that it only took me around fifteen minutes to replace all the keycaps on my Paw65. That time is just an estimation. But the process certainly felt less painful than other keyboards I put keycaps into, since I didn’t have to spend as much time rummaging through the box for a specific key or size.

The Silver Wolf keycaps are standard for the hobby, meaning you can use them in any hot-swappable mechanical keyboard. They're Cherry profile, MX-compatible, and made from dye-sublimated PBT plastic. The surface of each key is smooth and comfortable to the touch. Conversely, the lack of texture on the keycaps makes it easy for your fingers to slip and slide on them if you’re not careful. So if you’re used to the more pebbly texture of certain keycaps, these ones might take some adjustment time.

Something I noticed soon after I placed them into my board was that the backspace felt strange. It felt squishy and the sound was muted, like there was too much lube on the switch. Of course, that sounds like a switch issue; I'm still using the stock and pre-lubed linear switches that came with the Paw65 because I couldn't for the life of me swap them out for the WS Morandi switches I intended to put in here. But the backspace never gave me problems when I used the stock keycaps. I tested the backspace from other sets as well, and only the Hyte one felt strange. After typing for a few days with them, the backspace stopped feeling so odd, so I probably needed to break it in.

Visually, these keycaps are exactly my style. It shifts from light to dark in a blue gradient, and the bright pink accent keys provide fun pops of color and customization. Those accent keys helped the entire set fit with the pale pink of my Paw65, since it would've looked odd without them. The accent keys use retro gamer core designs, like an old Famicom controller and a battery indicator. But there are also plenty of iconography from Honkai: Star Rail. For example, my task manager shortcut button looks like the Quantum symbol, while Silver Wolf's face appears as my End key.

But what about how it sounds like? The superior sound of a custom mechanical keyboard is one of the easiest ways to stumble down this rabbit hole of a hobby. Well, those familiar with PBT Cherry profile keycaps should already have a good idea as to how these sound. If you're someone who wants a thocky keyboard, these might not be the best ones for that sound, as they're PBT plastic and Cherry profile. You'll need to mod the keyboard to make it sound deeper; the Silver Wolf desk mat isn't thick enough to serve as a dampener.

As a note, the previous keycaps I had on the Paw65 were DDA profile, and these guys thocked. So I know for a fact that the higher pitch coming from my keyboard is from the Silver Wolf keycaps. In my opinion, these keycaps sound creamy. And if you want the specs for the Paw65 that'll cause it to have that effect, it has an aluminum case with an FR4 plate, and it was gasket mounted. I did not mod the keyboard in any way, and I'm using the stock foam and stock Pink Lotus linear switches.

My favorite touch about the Honkai: Star Rail Silver Wolf keycaps from Hyte is that the hiragana on the keycaps look retro, like I’m reading text from an older video game. Other text that appears on the keycaps, such as “Stage Clear” on my Enter and “Quantum” on my Backspace, use a similar retro gaming font to the hiragana. The contrast between them and the more modern typeface for the alphabet keys is really nice. An entire keyboard in the retro gaming font would’ve been too much.

This is more of a personal aesthetic choice, but the subtlety of the keycaps’ reference to Silver Wolf is something I appreciate. If you know Silver Wolf and Honkai: Star Rail, you can recognize the Quantum, Trace, and emoji icons on here. But someone who's unfamiliar with Star Rail would probably assume these are a more generic "gamer girl" aesthetic set. I much prefer these sorts of anime or video game keycaps, as opposed to the ones where the character appears at the side and takes up three keys.

With their cute color scheme and practical usefulness, the Honkai: Star Rail Silver Wolf desk mat and keycaps are the perfect way for any fan of the game or character to level up their space. If you’re not someone who likes Silver Wolf a lot, though, the desk mat might be a lot. I really hope Hyte collaborates with Honkai: Star Rail again in the future, and releases merchandise for characters I like. I’ll snap it up as soon as I can.

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. You can pre-order the Hyte Silver Wolf accessories via the Hyte website. The Y70 case bundle is still available as well.

The Hyte Y70 Silver Wolf edition PC tower is a behemoth of a machine and it’s perfect for any Silver Wolf or Honkai: Star Rail fan. Though I don’t place my PC tower on my table, it’s beautiful enough that I would consider permanently changing my set-up in the future to accommodate for it. However, know that it demands quite a bit of real estate from those who’d want to purchase it.

To start with, the box that the Silver Wolf Y70 from Hyte comes in is adorable. There’s a delightfully retro design that’s similar to the Pixel World occurrence from Simulated Universe, and I felt really excited when unboxing it due to both this design and its sheer size. It felt like Christmas came early. The box that it came in was such a tight fit that I needed to flip the PC over, and the hallway I decided to do this in was so narrow that I did smack my leg up a few times. So make sure you unbox this PC tower in a wide open space.

First impressions? Wonderful! It’s unabashedly nerdy and I love it for that. Everywhere I look, I see Silver Wolf. Even the back of the machine has a chibi v version of her, meaning that you won't miss her no matter how you set this thing up. When a design is this busy, it risks looking gaudy. Under my definition of the word, it manages to avoid that due to how each surface only has one particular design on it. It’s not as if this is a collage, per se, and if you went out of your way to purchase this, you obviously wanted it for the Silver Wolf artwork.

My favorite part of this is the grate, which is a lovely blue-and-purple color. It’s a color scheme I personally really enjoy, and I look forward to when and if Hyte ever decides to make a March 7th version. Yes, my favorite characters are Dan Heng and Blade, but March’s color scheme is right up my alley. This PC also comes with fan shrouds. For those like me who don't know what fan shrouds are, they're more for aesthetics than functionality nowadays. There's also a keychain that's a pre-order bonus, and the design resembles a USB. It's pretty discreet in that it doesn't look like Star Rail merchandise at first glance, which is unfortunately a negative for me.

The one thing that might give people pause before purchasing the Silver Wolf Y70 from Hyte is the size. My PC tower and my desk in my current set-up is a Hyte Y40 and the Mittzon electric desk from Ikea. This desk is pretty large, and there's an outlet for easy cord access. However, because of the little items and organizers on my desk, I can’t actually place the Y40 on it, let alone the Y70.

Here is a size comparison between the two (note my Y40) is on a stand, as well as pictures of the extras the PC comes with:

It’s pretty big, isn’t it? I do believe that if you’re the type who keeps a pretty minimalist desk (as in, you don’t have random organizers, lights, dolls, or a diff), it’s not a big deal. If you’re going to buy a gaming PC tower, you most likely have a large desk anyway. The size isn't even really a bad thing, as this means you don't have to worry about your graphics card and such fitting inside.

It really is too bad that I outsourced my PC build, which means that I'm not familiar with the ins and outs of my own machine. That was what made me too scared to take it apart and put everything in the Silver Wolf PC, and I couldn't get a timely appointment with my store. In the future, when I move what’s inside of my current PC over to the Silver Wolf one, I’ll definitely reorganize the desk so that I can ire it like Hyte intended me to.

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. The Hyte Y70 (Silver Wolf edition) is available on the website, and you can also pre-order the keycap and desk pad bundle.

Hyte has launched its Honkai: Star Rail Silver Wolf Y70 character case, with the keycap set and desk pad bundle open for pre-order as well. These items will be available both from Hyte’s website, as well as through retailers like Micro Center.

Hyte first unveiled the items in the Honkai: Star Rail Silver Wolf set back in June 2024, with prices available back then as well. As a refresher, here are the prices and items that are part of this collaboration:

  • “Contract Zero” Desk Pad: $29.99
  • Official Y70 Silver Wolf Case Bundle - Early Bird Bundle: $299.99
  • Official Silver Wolf Keycap Set and Desk Pad Bundle: $129.99

The case bundle will come with the Y70 case, complete with Silver Wolf and the Quantum symbol on the s. It’ll also come with fan shrouds. The Y70 is a pretty large case, with the exterior dimensions measuring 470 x 320 x 470 mm. Not only does this mean you can fit a large and powerful graphics card in there, but it also helps with cooling capacity.

Meanwhile, the desk pad and keycap set are available for pre-order and will come out in Q4 2024. The desk pad depicts Silver Wolf with “You Lose” next to her, and it measures at 900 x 400 mm. As for the keycaps, they’re cherry profile and are made of dye-sublimated PBT plastic. They’re compatible with UK/ISO, ANSI, JIS, and AZERTY layouts, and there are enough for keyboards of all sizes and shapes.

The limited edition Honkai: Star Rail Silver Wolf Y70 case is immediately available for purchase via the Hyte website. Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices.

Hyte has announced a new collaboration with Honkai: Star Rail, selling a Silver Wolf version of its Hyte Y70 case, keycap set, and a desk pad. Pre-orders for these items are now open and you’ll be able to get them in Q4 2024.

Here are the prices for everything:

  • “Contract Zero” Desk Pad: $29.99
  • Official Y70 Silver Wolf Case Bundle - Early Bird Bundle: $299.99
  • Silver Wolf Keycap Set and Desk Pad Bundle - Early Bird Bundle: $129.99

The desk pad on its own is an Anime Expo exclusive. As for the Silver Wolf case bundle, it’ll come with a fan shroud kit, a bubble gum chibi graffiti, a light blue and lavender trim, and a custom backlit power button. It features art from both her pull art (which also appears when you use her Ultimate) and the promotional art for Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.1. These products are on a first come, first serve basis. So if you’re interested in one, it would behoove you to put in your pre-orders early.

Silver Wolf isn’t only getting the spotlight from Hyte. She and Acheron are also the stars of two jackets from M.Rage. You’ll be able to test these out at Anime Expo as well. Though she is part of the Stellaron Hunter, Silver Wolf is not as major a character to the overarching lore as Kafka or Firefly. Her popularity (such as also starring on Samsung Galaxy S24) likely stems from her design and gamer girl aesthetic, as well as her usefulness in the early patches of the game.

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. The Silver Wolf collection from Hyte are open for pre-order now.

Hyte Announces Hololive Gamers Keycaps Inspired by Vtubers

Ahead of Hololive 5th Fes, Hyte announced themed Hololive Gamers Capture the Moment Keycaps. It is available to pre-order now ahead of the event for $99.99, with an expected shipping window of June 2024.

As this set is inspired by both the event and the specific unit, not all Vtubers are represented. Rather, icons tied to Inugami Korone, Nekomata Okayu, Ookami Mio, and Shirakami Fubuki all appear. These involve chibi character portraits of all four smiling, and items connected to them like Korone’s chocolate coronet. As a nod to the event, the space bar says, “Hololive 5th Fes Capture the Moment.”

142 keycaps are provided, which covers a standard keyboard and numberpad. Alphanumeric keys feature the alphabet and hiragana on them. Here’s a closer look at how things will look when applied to a keyboard.

People also get a RGB switch keychain and additional keycaps with Inugami Korone, Nekomata Okayu, Ookami Mio, and Shirakami Fubuki faces on them. Hyte also shared an image with us offering a peek at how that will look.

As a reminder, Hololive Super Expo 2024 and 5th Fes is March 16-17, 2024. In addition to fan events and merchandise sales, there will be concert performances. Good Smile Company also tends to make figure announcements.

The Hyte Hololive 5th Fes Gamers keycaps set will ship in June 2024.

hyte pulled out of nijisanji and anycolor collaboration

Hyte has announced that it will terminate its current projects with Anycolor and Nijisanji. This is in response to the recent controversies involving the company’s firing of Selen Tatsuki.

The full statement is available to read on Hyte’s Twitter (X) . It starts by thanking the fan community for its . However, because it is terminating its collaboration with Anycolor, it will cancel and refund all orders of the Nijisanji EN Y60 + Keycap Bundles. Hyte apologizes to fans—specifically FamElira, Rosebuds, and Aloupeeps—and acknowledges that they were excited to receive their products. However, Hyte explains that it wants to stand with other VTuber fans who ceased their of Nijisanji and Anycolor.

The Y60 + Keycap bundles are still available on Hyte’s website. However, if you try to click in to one of the Nijisanji bundles, it will redirect you back to the main store page. You can still order a plain PC case, or one of Hololive VTubers such as Watson Amelia or Mori Calliope.

The controversy surrounding Selen’s termination stems from Anycolor’s statement, which contained many misleading or false information. This statement comes after Selen invested her own money on a cover and music video of “Last Cup of Coffee.” After Anycolor privated the video, Selen requested that her fans it on their own. In a statement from Anycolor, the company assured investors that her termination will have a “negligible” impact on its financial results.

Hyte will no longer offer goods of Nijisanji livers.

Hyte Persona 3 Reload Y60 PC Case Teased

Atlus revealed the Hyte and iBuyPower Persona 3 Reload Y60 ATX PC case. It is the first look at it online ahead of the appearance of the product at Anime NYC between November 17-19, 2023.

Here’s the official announcement. The s on the outside of the case show various characters from the game. So Makoto, the avatar, is on the diagonal one. On the front of the case are Fuuka, Junpei, and Yukari. On the side are Shinji, Akihiko, Mitsuru, Koromaru, Ken, and Aigis. There’s also the new logo for the game featured on it.

The announcement referred to a Persona 3 Reload Y60 ATX PC case bundle. This wouldn’t be the first time Hyte created a bundle tied to a character or series. For example, its official site currently features three Hololive ones. Two involved Hakos Baelz and Ouro Kronii Y60 designs with a desk pad for $280 each, though the Kronii one sold out. There is also a $349.99 Mori Calliope Y40 one with a desk pad and a “gift box.”

A number of other Persona 3 Reload announcements appeared recently as well. However, those involved the game, rather than merchandise. For example, the Fuuka and Koromaru trailers appeared in November 2023. The in-battle outfits for Akihiko, Fuuka, and Mitsuru appeared. More Social Link voice actors ended up revealed in Japan as well.

Persona 3 Reload will be released worldwide on February 2, 2024. People will be able to play it on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC.
