Prime 1 Studio opened pre-orders for its 1/4 scale figure of Dizzy from the Guilty Gear Xrd series. After previously showing a barely painted prototype in November 2024, the studio has finished painting it. It will produce 500 copies of the figure and release them in the latter half of 2026.

This static figure will depict Dizzy, along with her guardian wings Undine and Necro, with meticulous detail. The set will have an overall height of 63 cm (~24.8 in), width of 57 cm (~22.44 in), and depth of 39 cm (~15.35 in).

The figure set will be available at $1,199.00, with up to eight payment installments available. People who want to purchase the figure will also have to prepare more funds to cover the shipping costs and any additional import tariffs.

Prime 1 Studio will only produce 500 copies of this figure. However, it will also add a bonus background stand featuring the "Let's Rock!" sign that appears in the fighting game to start a duel round.

As a side note, Prime 1 Studio put Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 as the basis of its Dizzy figure. Strictly speaking, though, Dizzy made her actual debut in the Xrd sub-series as a DLC character for Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator in July 2016. Arc System Works later put her in the roster by default on the standalone releases of the Rev 2 major update. Dizzy received a brand-new design when she ed the Guilty Gear Strive roster in late October 2024.

The 1/4 scale figure of Dizzy from the Guilty Gear Xrd series will be available between July 2026 and October 2026.

Prime 1 Studio announced two new Guilty Gear figures of Ramlethal Valentine and Dizzy being released in collaboration with Arc System Works. There are no details on the price of the figures nor a release date, and pre-orders for the figures will open in the future.

Both figures will be 1/4 scale statues. The Ramlethal figure will be based on her design on Guilty Gear Strive, while the Dizzy figure features the character as she was seen in Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2. The figures were announced as part of the latest Prime 1 Studio “Next Level” showcase featuring multiple figures from a variety of popular media franchises, including the recently revealed Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Masterline figures.

In the showcase video, the Ramlethal and Dizzy figures were shown as unpainted prototypes at around the 1 hour and 30 second mark. Dizzy is accompanied by her signature “defense systems,” Necro and Undine, while Ramlethal’s figure includes her familiars, Venus and Velva, that carry her massive swords.

As a reminder, Dizzy is the latest DLC character to release on Guilty Gear Strive, and she released on October 31, 2024. However, in the new entry in the series, Dizzy has a different design than the one shown in the figures above.

The Prime 1 Studio figures of Ramlethal and Dizzy from Guilty Gear are currently in development. More information about their price and release dates will appear in the future. Guilty Gear Strive is readily available worldwide on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PC, and arcades.

COSPA revealed a new collection of merchandise featuring Bridget, Ramlethal Valentine, and Dizzy from the Guilty Gear series. Tokyo Game Show 2023 visitors will have the first chance to buy the new items, which include keychains, tote bags, t-shirts, and parka jackets.

The new merchandise will feature artworks of the characters based on their latest playable appearances. Ramlethal appeared in Guilty Gear Strive at launch and Bridget ed later with the second season . Meanwhile, Dizzy will still have her latest appearance from Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2.

The Guilty Gear t-shirts and jackets will be available in four sizes: S, M, L, and XL. However, COSPA will not bring the S-sized apparel to its TGS 2023 booth. While the brand also revealed high-quality full-graphic t-shirts, the latter will not be available at the event venue either.

COSPA will sell most of its new Guilty Gear merchandise featuring Bridget, Ramlethal, and Dizzy first at Tokyo Game Show 2023, which will take place physically at Makuhari Messe in Japan on September 21-24, 2023. The brand will then put the items up in general stores in mid-November 2023. The full-graphic t-shirts of Bridget and Dizzy will be available later in December 2023.

Online pre-orders for the new merchandise collection are also available on COSPA's website until October 1, 2023. Although the site does not directly ship items outside Japan, it recommends third-party forwarding services like Tenso for people living overseas.

Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 and Guilty Gear Strive are both available on PlayStation 4, PC, and arcades. The Xrd sub-series also appeared on PlayStation 3, while the latest entry Strive has dedicated versions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.

Arc System Works’ promised Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 rollback netcode is about to debut. The company announced that it will appear on January 20, 2023. Its announcement also noted it is Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator compatible as well. This was something it noted back when the feature was announced last year.

We’ve known this update is on the way for a while. Arc System Works announced it back in September 2022. It announced rollback netcode was in development for both Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 and Xrd Revelator then. It also noted tests would show up as a public test in October 2022 at that time.

There are no patch notes for the update yet. Arc System Works just noted that once the update arrives, it will help with lag and other potential issues.

The last update for Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator and Xrd Rev 2 came up back in October 2022. At that time, the game was renamed to Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 and the price dropped for the standard and deluxe editions. It also dropped the price of the Upgrade DLC from $18.99 to $0.99.

Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 is available on the PS4 and PC via Steam. The rollback netcode comes to the PC version on January 20, 2023.

Arc System Works had a surprise for Guilty Gear fans over the weekend at the 2022 CEOtaku fighting game event. It announced that rollback will come to the PC edition of Guilty Gear Xrd REV2, and by extension, Guilty Gear Xrd -Revelator-. Tests of the netcode are also planned for October 2022.

Guilty Gear Xrd REV2 is the updated edition of Guilty Gear Xrd -Revelator-. Revelator was released in 2015 and '16, and was the direct sequel to 2014's Guilty Gear Xrd -Sign-. In its announcement, Arc System Works mentioned that Xrd REV2 is still very popular, justifying the decision to add it to the PC edition. It did not mention whether it planned to update the PS4 edition of the game, though.

Rollback netcode is a strategy for facilitating communication between two players over the internet. Fighting games are particularly sensitive to network conditions and need to ensure that players can "sync up". Otherwise, the game experience is affected, and fights over the internet will feel "laggy", especially when players are separated by large distances. Recently fighting game developers have embraced implementing rollback to ensure that their titles feel better to play online. Even older games like Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, Dragon Ball FighterZ, and now Guilty Gear Xrd REV2 received rollback. Newer titles, like Guilty Gear Strive, have had it implemented from launch.

Guilty Gear Xrd REV2 is available on PS4, and on PC via Steam. A public test for the rollback implementation is scheduled for sometime in October 2022. More details will be announced via the official Twitter .

Multiple Guilty Gear figures were announced during the May 25, 2022 Guilty Gear Strive first anniversary stream. Not all of them are based on the characters' appearances during that game, however. The Baiken, Ramlethal Valentine, and Sol Badguy ones will be based on their Guilty Gear Strive looks. The Dizzy one is inspired by her Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 appearance. In addition, the May figure's prototype showed up during the show.

First, the Baiken Guilty Gear Strive statue is in the works at Union Creative. The company shared art alongside the announcement. This could suggest how the final figure will look. She will be a 1/6th scale figure. This means she could be about a foot tall.

Next, Prime 1 Studio is working on the Dizzy and Ramlethal Guilty Gear figures. Like Baiken, art appeared alongside both announcements. These will be 1/7th. This means they’ll be smaller than Baiken and probably around 8-9 inches tall.

As for the Sol Badguy, he’s in the works at Storm Collectibles. He’ll actually be an articulated action figure with accessories. A prototype picture of him appeared during the showcase. He’ll be a 1/10th size figure, so he’ll be around seven inches tall.

An update appeared for the Broccoli Guilty Gear Strive May figure too. Pre-orders for her will open on June 6, 2022. A painted prototype of the figure showed up during the first anniversary stream.

It’s time to rock in Epic Seven with its Guilty Gear Strive and Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 collaboration event. It will run from March 17 until April 7, 2022, with four Guilty Gear heroes that you can summon. To access the Scales of Juno collaboration event, you will need to first finish Episode 1, Stage 2-10. This is a re-run of the previous Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 event, which means that players who missed out on getting Baiken, Dizzy, and Elphelt can try again. You can also get Sol using event currency. Jack-O’ is the new 5-star hero for the collaboration, with Hiromi Igarashi reprising her role. Jack-O’ is a Fire Warrior hero, and her zodiac sign is Taurus. In Epic Seven, zodiac signs tell you what catalysts you need to awaken them or upgrade their skills. Jack-O' will appear in Limited Summon starting March 24.

Epic Seven came out in 2018 in English and 2019 in Japanese. It is a 2D role-playing game with gacha elements and has a turn-based battle system. There is also a PvP arena for those who wish to test their builds against other players. Other intellectual properties Epic Seven has had collaborations with include Re:Zero and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.

The Guilty Gear collaboration in Epic Seven will run from March 17 to April 7, 2022. Epic Seven is available on Android and iOS mobile devices.

The first Guilty Gear Nendoroid is in the works. Good Smile Company is preparing a diminutive version of one of the series’ most recognizable heroines. A Dizzy Nendoroid is now in development.

The Dizzy figure is rather early in development. So much so, all we have is the concept art for her so far. However, what is there is helpful in determining how she will look.

This Guilty Gear Nendoroid is going to involve an older version of the heroine based on her Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2 appearance. Both Necro and Undine will be recreated and appear with her.

While this will be the first Guilty Gear Nendoroid, it is not the first figure from the series from Good Smile Company. The sisters Elphelt and Ramlethal each ended up being made into 1/7th and 1/8th figures, respectively. Both were based on their Guilty Gear Xrd Sign appearances. Ramlethal appeared in 2016, while Elphelt launched in 2019.

In other Guilty Gear news, the next entry has a release date. Guilty Gear Strive will launch on April 9, 2021. It looks like Anji Mito will be back, and a new fighter named Giovanna will be ing the fight.

The Guilty Gear Dizzy Nendoroid is in development. There’s no release window for her yet.
