FREEing displayed its NieR Automata 2B and A2 bunny girl figures at the Hobby Maker Winter 2025 event in Japan. While there’s still no price or release window for them, the prototypes are painted and that means pre-orders will likely be available sometime soon. [Thanks, Aitaikimochi, Hobby Dengeki!]

The Hobby Dengeki coverage of the event features some more angles of the figures. The 2B figure has her muscular thighs out, and she’s got puffy detached sleeves with feather-like designs near the ends of them. Meanwhile, the A2 figure looks more like a classic bunny girl, complete with tights over her legs. A2 has her long hair, while 2B has her visor on.

Other figures aside from the bunny girl figurines from NieR Automata include Clay from Goddess of Victory: Nikke, Pine from Bombergirl, and Guild Girl from Goblin Slayer. The Guild Girl figure actually has a release date and price—late October 2025 and 23,100 JPY ($153.70)—but most of the other figures are still too early in the development process to have that.

The 2B and A2 NieR Automata bunny girl figurines from FREEing are still in development (albeit they’ve been painted and seem to be waiting approval from the copyright holders). However, you’ll be able to get them via Good Smile Company when they’re ready.

Good Smile Company opened global pre-orders for FREEing's 1/4 scale figure of A2 from the NieR: Automata anime adaptation. People in the U.S. and Canada can order the figure on Good Smile Online Shop US at $309.99. Those residing elsewhere worldwide can instead head to the Japanese international web store, where the figure is available at ¥44,000.

The figure will stand at around 44 cm (17.32 inches) tall. A2's figure will also directly complement 2B's figure of the same 1/4 scale, which has been available for pre-orders earlier in December 2024. But while 2B's figure set will come with an alternate head part to show her unmasked face, A2's static figure package will not have any alternate parts as her face is already unveiled to begin with.

If someone would normally use the Good Smile Company US storefront, it might be wise to wait until it appears at another retailer. On subreddits like  r/GoodSmileCompany, r/Nendoroid, and r/AnimeFigures, some shoppers there reported fradulent charges on their cards and suggested it happened after shopping at that store.

The pre-order window for FREEing's 1/4 scale figure of A2 from the NieR: Automata Ver1.1a anime will close on February 5, 2025. Good Smile Company will start shipping the finished figures from Japan in July 2025 and North America in Q4 2025. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll now.

FREEing started accepting orders for its scale figure of 2B from the NieR Automata Ver1.1a anime. The figure is available for pre-order worldwide via the Japanese international Good Smile Company web store. The companies will formally release the figure in June 2025.

Most of the prior 2B anime figures revealed in the past—made by companies like Good Smile Company, Max Factory, and Proof—had a scale of 1/7. The newly revealed figure will have a larger 1/4 scale with an overall height of around 44.5 cm (17.52 inches). To get this figure, people must spend ¥44,000 (~$292.85) before adding shipping costs.

The new large figure will be mostly static without any movable body or clothing parts. However, FREEing will provide a swappable alternate head that shows 2B's full face with her eyes from the anime adaptation.

2B will not be the only NieR Automata character to have a 1/4 scale figure. FREEing also revealed that A2 will get her own figure. Good Smile Company added that A2's figure will be available later than 2B.

Good Smile Company will close the pre-order window for FREEing's NieR Automata Ver1.1a 2B 1/4 scale figure on January 29, 2025. it will start shipping the finished figures in June 2025.

Megahouse and FREEing have announced a figure of Borreload Dragon from Yu-Gi-Oh VRAINS. The figure is available via storefronts like AmiAmi and Bandai for 7700 JPY ($50.35). [Thanks, Figure Times!]

The Borreload Dragon figure stands at around 130 millimeters tall. It has a metallic finish to complete the monster’s more robotic design, and the wings are of more translucent material. In the show and the game, Borreload Dragon is a Link-4 Dark Type Monster that you can summon by linking together three or more Effect Monsters. It first appeared in Yu-Gi-Oh VRAINS as the ace monster of Revolver, who is the main rival character for protagonist Yusaku. It was originally only in booster packs like Circuit Break until the Rokket Revolt structure deck came out, guaranteeing that you could get this card.

Bandai does not offer shipping outside of Japan. So those outside of the country will need to use AmiAmi to purchase this. The Borreload Dragon figure is part of Megahouse’s Yu-Gi-Oh Monster Chronicle line, which started in 2020. Other figures that are part of this collection include monsters like the Blue-Eyes White Dragon and the Insect Queen.

There's a new figure of Danganronpa V3's heroine Kaede Akamatsu on the way, and she's dressed in a bunny girl outfit. Good Smile Company announced FREEing's Kaede Akamatsu: Bunny Ver. will appear in 2023. It will show up first in Japan in January 2023. After that, a North American release is planned for March 2023.

This figure is a 1/4th scale model. That means it will be a bit larger than others. You'll need about a foot of space to display her. The increased size and detail also mean a larger price. She's priced at ¥30,800/$307.99.

Here is a full look at the Kaede Akamatsu bunny girl figure. While it is made of plastic, she is wearing actual fabric fishnet tights.

This is the third figure in a FREEing collection of Danganronpa bunny girl figures. As such, it means each of the three mainline games has a heroine in the line. The other two bunny version figures are of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc's Kyoko Kirigiri and Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair's Chiaki Nanami.

The Danganronpa V3 Kaede Akamatsu bunny girl figure will come to Japan in January 2023 and North America in March 2023. (However, that could be delayed due to shipping issues, as many Good Smile Company figures haven't shipped on time in 2021 and 2022.) Pre-orders are open until May 11, 2022. Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony is available on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Vita, and PC.
