The June 2024 Feh Channel is live, and it introduced new Fire Emblem Heroes story characters Heidrun, Eikbyrnir, and Laeradr, new playable units Jarod, Leonardo, Attuned Micaiah, and Rearmed Sothe, and other events. The new 8.6.0 update events and banners begin in earnest starting on June 7, 2024.

The Feh Channel first started with a trailer for Book VIII’s events. That is when we got a look at the new Fire Emblem Heroes characters Heidrun, Eikbyrnir, and Laeradr. Laeradr is the leader of The Quieting Hands and the “father” Ratatoskr and her siblings referred to. Alfonse, Sharena, the summoner, and their crew head to Yggdrasill after the repeated assassination attempts in the first part of this storyline, and now we’re seeing a major confrontation with the antagonists. From there, it b4ings up the midpoint celebration that includes celebratory quests, bonuses, a Double AHR event, double and quintuple EXP and SP opportunities, and daily hero summoning event revival banners. 

After that, the new Fire Emblem Heroes banner with Jarod, Leonardo, Attuned Micaiah, and Rearmed Sothe appeared. All of them are five-star units, though Leonardo also will appear as a four-star as well. That will also include the spark feature, with people able to spark after 40 and 80 pulls and select one focus unit from the banner. That summoning event ends on June 27, 2024. 

The rest of the video went over the new gameplay mode. United Warfront event will be added to the game. The event starts June 12, 2024, and it involves using others’ units as you play.

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems revealed the 2024 Fire Emblem Heroes bridal banner, and this year it includes Fire Emblem Engage characters Lapis and Nel alongside original characters Sharena, Veronica, and Embla. It is live in the game now. 

The main banner features Lapis, Nel, Embla and the duo unit Sharena with Veronica. All of them are available as five-star characters, though Nel can also appear as a four-star. Each one is wearing a wedding gown. Embla is a colorless, flying, beast-type unit. Lapis is a sword-wielding cavalry fighter. Nel is a green, infantry dragon. Finally, Sharena with Veronica is a cavalry unit that wields a spear. 

There is only one groom character this year. The announcement tweet noted that Alcryst: Tender Groom is a Tempest Trials+ reward for going through that mode. People can earn one four-star and one five-star version of him by playing.

The bridal banner is a regular thing in the game. It typically appears each May. The 2023 banner included characters from Fire Emblem Awakening like Flavia, Say’ri, and Tiki.

Fire Emblem Heroes is available for the PC and mobile devices, and the latest bridal banner will remain live until June 19, 2024.

Nintendo announced that child versions of older characters are returning to Fire Emblem Heroes, and this time they come from Fire Emblem Awakening. The male version of Robin, Emmeryn, Lissa, Frederick, and a duo unit that includes the female version of Robin and Chrom will appear once the banner debuts on April 5, 2024.

Four of these units will be available via the Double Vision banner. Robin, Emmeryn, Lissa, and Robin with Chrom will all appear as five-star units, with Lissa also showing up as a four-star. Frederick will only be available via Tempest Trials+ as a four and five-star unit.

For the characters in the trailer, we know what sorts of units to expect. All four of them are infantry units. Robin wields a red tome. Emmeryn comes bearing a colorless staff. Lissa uses a green axe. Finally, the Robin and Chrom duo unit use a blue tome. The video did reveal that the child version of Frederick will be a cavalry unit, however.

Every year, Fire Emblem Heroes gets a banner with child versions of existing characters. For example, one of the last ones involved folks from Path of Radiance. 

Fire Emblem Heroes is available for mobile devices, and the Double Vision banner with child versions of Awakening characters runs April 5, 2024, then ends on May 4, 2024.

More Fire Emblem Engage characters are ing Fire Emblem Heroes, with Ivy, her sister Hortensia, their retainers Kagetsu and Rosado, and Mauvier being added to the game. While four are part of a new banner available on February 19, 2024, Mauvier will be a Grand Hero Battle reward on February 20, 2024.

New characters from the Switch game have trickled out in the mobile game since its launch. Most notable are Hortensia and Ivy. Hortensia’s Arcane Charmer staff can be inherited by another unit, while still keeping her, due to her being a Rearmed unit. Meanwhile, Ivy is the new Attuned character, which means she has a Soaring Echo x skill another unit can inherit without losing her that allows infantry and flying units to move near her. 

Here’s the trailer showing off all four new units appearing on the banner. While all four characters are available at five-stars, Kagetsu is also available as a four-star.

As Mauvier is a Grand Hero Battle unit, we don’t know much about his fight yet. However, it will be available for a limited time starting on February 20, 2024. Winning it will give people three-star and four-star versions of the character.

Fire Emblem Heroes is available for mobile devices, and the new Engage characters banner is live now. Fire Emblem Engage is available on the Nintendo Switch.

In 2023, the Fire Emblem Heroes Christmas banner stars multiple Three Houses characters and includes an Engage Yunaka cameo. People can get Byleth with Byleth as a Duo unit, as well as Dimitri or Edelgard, starting on December 14, 2023.

Dimitri, Edelgard, and the Byleth Duo unit are all five-star characters. Dimitri is a cavalry character with the Blue Yule Axe. Edelgard is an armored unit with the Black Yule Lance. The Byleth pair features the male and female versions of the avatars as armored units who wield the Holy Yule Blade sword.

Yunaka is the lone Fire Emblem Engage character, and the five-star cavalry character’s kit is based on her role as a thief. She uses a colorless ranged Silent Yule Knife to attack.  She’s also the first character in the game with the Assassin’s Strike B skill that deals seven damage to her enemy when she starts a battle, deals damage based on her opponent’s defense, and debuffs their defense and speed. 

There’s also one other character who shows up in the new trailer, but isn’t a part of the Fire Emblem Heroes Christmas banner for 2023. Claude will be able to earn at the four and five-star levels via the next Tempest Trial+. 

Here’s the Fire Emblem Heroes Holiday Lessons banner trailer starring Three Houses and Engage characters.

The next major Fire Emblem Heroes update adds Book 8 and characters from Awakening on December 7, 2023. There will also be a new Affinity Auto-Battle feature, which will start on December 17, 2023.

The new Fire Emblem Heroes Book 8 story will involve Yggdrasil, the new ally Ratatoskr, and the new enemies Nidhoggr and Hraesvelgr. Ratatoskr appears escaping to warn Alfonse in the opening movie. Meanwhile, Nidhoggr is targeting Veronica, while Hraesvelgr is going after Alfonse.

As for the Fire Emblem Awakening characters ing Fire Emblem Heroes, Laurent is appearing alongside new versions of Inigo, Lucina, and Severa. Of those, Lucina is a new Rearmed character. She will be on a banner with Laurent, Severa, and Ratatoskr, which will run December 6-24, 2023. People will be able to get two of the new five-star Inigo units for going through quests between December 6-20, 2023. 

As for the Affinity Auto-Battles, this allows people to put together teams of four characters to build affinity between them. Adding heroes from bonus titles will get you extra points. By stopping by for up to six days in a row, you’ll get an additional reward. Once you start, you choose a partner from another player to start. So your characters will build affinity with your team and the new ally teams. You also earn more rewards for hitting certain point tiers.

Prior to this update, one of the newest features added to the game were Attuned characters. These have a special X skill, which can be ed down to other units.

The latest Fire Emblem Heroes character is Veyle from Fire Emblem Engage. She’s ing the roster as a Mythic Hero in the monthly banner on October 31, 2023.

Veyle is billed as the Gentle Dragon. She’s an infantry-type unit, despite being a dragon, and uses a blue tome. It’s the Obscurite she actually uses in-game. Her moveset also includes Atk/Res Tempo 4, which is the first time the B skill appeared in the game, and the character-exclusive Fell Protection C skill.

As usual, there are other returning five-star units appearing as focus characters on the Veyle banner. Here are the other people you might get if you pull on it:

There is a new kind of Attuned character type in Fire Emblem Heroes, and that also means a new sort of inheritance. These new units have an X skill slot with an additional ability. Like a Rearmed Hero, you can inherit once without losing that person, thus allowing a character who doesn’t have an X skill to get one. The first two units of this type in Fire Emblem Heroes are Peony and Triandra, the Ljósálfar and Dökkálfr. 

Peony is an axe-wielding, flying unit. Her weapon is the axe Flower of Caring. She’s also still a dancer-class unit, with a Tender Dream ability that lets an ally act again. Her X skill is Attack Oath Echo, which boosts her attack by six and lets her move to a space adjacent to an ally if she is within two spaces of an ally. Meanwhile, Triandra is a sword-bearing, flying unit. She holds the Flower of Tribute. Her X skill is Death Blow Echo, which boosts her attack by four if she initiates combat.

As mentioned earlier, the first banner to add them will include two other characters. Rearmed Sonya is an infantry unit who holds a green Arc Caliburnus tome. Mycen is a cavalry unit with a blue lance.

The latest banner coming to Fire Emblem Heroes is called Winds Offered, and it will contain new versions of Claude, Dagr, Catria and a duo unit of Kagero and Orochi. The banner is set to begin on September 7, 2023. It will run roughly a month before ending on October 7, 2023.

The characters featured in this banner are:

• Claude: Golden Breeze, a Green Dagger Flier.
• Dagr: Bluster Princess, a Red Sword Cavalry unit.
• Catria: Windswept Knight, a Blue Archer Flier.
• Kagero: Bond Unwavering, a Colorless Dagger Cavalry unit paired up with Orochi.

This version of Claude is an Attack and Speed-focused character with the Lethality skill and a weapon that gets bonuses based on his own buffs and his enemy's debuffs. Dagr also has several Attack and Speed-related skills, including a bonus for starting her turn near multiple allies. Like Claude, Catria also benefits from using buffs and debuffs, with the added ability to turn an alliy's penalties into bonuses. Finally, Kagero and Orochi are a hit-and-run style unit with Canto and Lethality, with bonuses versus Colorless foes and the Disarm Traps 4 ability.

In August 2023, we saw Fire Emblem Heroes feature banners with tea-party themed characters and the winners of the Choose your Legends 2023 poll.

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems showed off the Fire Emblem Heroes Choose Your Legends 2023 characters ahead of the banner debut. We already knew Awakening’s Robin (male), Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn’s Soren, Heroes’ Gullveig, and Fates’ Corrin (female) were the “winners” of the poll this time around. Now we know their exact movesets. People will get to pull for them starting on August 16, 2023. People will also be able to “spark” on this banner up to four times, allowing people to “pick” the four focus units for free after 40, 80, 120, and 160 summons.

First, here’s the list going over what categories each of the Fire Emblem Heroes Choose Your Legends 2023 characters fit into:

• Corrin: Silent Bloodline - colorless infantry dragon.
• Gullveig: Seer Beyond Time - colorless infantry dragon.
• Robin: Exalt’s Deliverer - colorless infantry dragon.
• Soren: Radiant Confidant - red infantry swordsman.

As a note, this alt of Gullveig will be playable in-game before her standard version.

The next Summer banner coming to Fire Emblem Heroes will include several characters from Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Genealogy of War dressed up and ready for tea. The banner arrives during the game's Summer Celebration, which brings bonuses, events, and banner reruns.

The new units include Lysithea: Tea Sweetener as a colorless tome . Ferdinand: Highborn Sipper and Tailtiu: Teatime Mingler both use green Tomes. Sigurd: Proper Pourer will appear and use a blue tome. Finally, Ayra: Together in Tea who wields a red sword and is a duo unit fighting alongside Three Houses' Mercedes. Most of them will be included in the "Invitation to Tea" summoning banner, available August 8, 2023 through September 9, 2023. However, Tailtiu will also be available to earn as part of the Tempest Trials+ event running alongside the banner.

The Summer Celebration begins August 2, 2023 and offers two tracks of rewards, new quests for a variety of modes, and several EXP multiplier events. There will also be a revival of seven different Grand Hero Battles, with associated quests that could result in free five-star Grand Hero characters. There will also be a version update on August 7, 2023, which will bring five new arena maps, add two new factions for the Aether Raids mode, and strengthen Legendary Seliph and Mythic Freyja.

Previous Fire Emblem Heroes banners have added summer versions of characters like Tharja and Ivy, or Mythic Heidr.

Nintendo revealed a new series of Fire Emblem Heroes acrylic stands featuring characters like Fjorm, Nifl, Roy, Lilina, and Fae. Each acrylic stand costs 1,980 JPY (or about $14), and they are scheduled to release in October 2023 in Japan. The new batch of Fire Emblem Heroes merchandise is now available for pre-order from empty’s online store.

Fjorm and Nifl are original characters who appear during the Fire Emblem Heroes story. Fjorm’s appearance is based on her Princess of Ice unit, which was drawn by Shigeki Maeshima. Nifl’s design is based on her God of Ice version drawn by Yasuda Suzuhito.

Meanwhile, Roy, Lilina, and Fae appeared in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Roy’s design is inspired by his Brave Lion appearance, which was created by Sachiko Wada. Lilina appears as the Firelight Leader version of the character, and the illustration was drawn by azu-taro. Finally, Fae is depicted as her Childlike Dragon alt, which was drawn by artist Yuji Himukai.

This is the third batch of empty’s line of Acrylic Stands Heroes. The second one featured original characters Líf, Eir, and Ymir, as well as Sigurd and Deirdre from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War.

The third series of Fire Emblem Heroes acrylic stands will show up in Japan in October 2023.

They are ed by a summer variant of Fjorm and a duo unit consisting of Ymir and Eir. The banner goes live on July 7, 2023, along with the Paralogue story Summer Firsts. The score reward for the next Tempest Trial will be Donnel: Sunny Villager.

Ivy: Tidal Breeze is a green, flying tome who focuses on buffing allies and debuffing foes before using her Divine Draught special. Meanwhile, Tharja: Beach Dark Mage is a mounted blue tome with speed-focused abilities like Seashell Bowl+. Wielding a sword is Fjorm: Seaside Thaw, who uses the abilities Ice-Bound Brand to speed up her special counter when attacked with certain weapons, and Frostbite Mirror to reduce damage from enemy attacks and reflect it back upon them. Finally, Ymir: Seasons of Life is a duo unit featuring Eir and Ymir fighting together as a blue tome on foot. Their abilities benefit from staying close to allies and their Duo skill heals allies and cleanses debuffs in an area around them.

The Fire Emblem Heroes Summer Firsts banner featuring Ivy and Tharja will launch on July 7, 2023. Previous banners featured characters like Legendary Hinoka and Mythic Heidr.

Nintendo dropped announced Ascended Fir and Heidr will Fire Emblem Heroes as playable characters on the new banner. That will appear on June 8, 2023. There are also two new trailers, with one showcasing new characters and the other showing a glimpse of the story in the second half of Book 8. These additions come as part of the games Update 7.6.0.

First, here's the trailer showcasing the Forging Bonds: Strength in Service Fire Emblem Heroes banner. The showpiece of this banner is a playable version of Heidr, who is a green tome-wielding Mythic character. Also available are Ascended Fir, the a sword-wielding infantry unit, Noah the blue lance Cavalry unit, and Dorothy the infantry archer. While the latter three hail from Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade, Heidr is a character original to Fire Emblem Heroes.

The Story trailer features spoilers, so beware. It involves the goddess Heidr and the Curse of the Golden Seer. Gullveig, the antagonist of this book is featured prominently too. Also appearing are the King Njordr, the goddess Nerbuz, and Kvasir. The trailer will also serve as the mid-book movie for Book 8, and you can watch it below:

In May 2023, a Legendary version of Hinoka become available to summoners in Fire Emblem Heroes, . It also marked the arrival of a banner featuring bridal versions of Tiki and Anna.

The latest legendary hero to Fire Emblem Heroes is Hinoka from Fire Emblem Fates. This version of Hinoka, titled "Thundering Wings," will be available via a banner in-game starting from May 31, 2023 to June 13, 2023. Several previous legendary characters will also be available from the banner.

You can catch her character trailer below. Note that it confirms someone can only "spark" on the banner and get one of the focus characters for free after 40 pulls if they are a Feh subscriber.

Hinoka: Thundering Wings hails from a timeline where her older brothers, Ryoma and Takumi, died in battle against the kingdom of Nohr. This left Hinoka to pick up their legendary weapons, Fujin-yumi and Raijinto, and become queen of the kingdom of Hoshido. She appears to fight as a Kinshi Knight, an advanced class from Fire Emblem Fates that rides a sacred bird-like creature.

Fire Emblem Heroes is immediately available on Android and iOS mobile devices. Legendary Hinoka's banner will be available from May 31, 2023 until June 13, 2023.
