Capcom and GOG started selling Dino Crisis 1 and 2 PC versions not only alone, but in a bundle with the two sold together. Individually, they are $9.99 each for the first and second games. However, it is cheaper to get them in the bundle, which costs $16.99. This comes after PS4 and PS5 owners were able to purchase them in November 2024.

The announcement noted these are part of the GOG Preservation Program. This is an endeavor to make older PC games compatible with more modern operating systems and devices. The product pages also confirmed both games now offer cloud save , improved controller , more rendering options, and other updates. It also features all past modes, such as Original Arrange, and Operation Wipe Out for the original game, and feature six localizations including English and Japanese. 

GOG and Capcom also released trailers highlighting the PC versions of Dino Crisis 1 and 2. Rather than establishing added features for the latest releases, they focus on sharing what we can expect from them.

Back when Capcom released Exoprimal, we saw an increased surge of interest and response from people who ed and wanted more from the Dino Crisis series.

Dino Crisis 1 and 2 are available for the PC via GOG alone or in a bundle. The original game first appeared on the Dreamcast, PlayStation, and PC, while the sequel only appeared on the PlayStation and PC.

Shortly after being rated by the ESRB, Dino Crisis 2 has already been officially announced for a PlayStation Network release -- it’s coming this week. It isn’t alone, though; Threads of Fate, a role-playing game by Square is accompanying it.

Threads of Fate lets you choose between two characters searching for an ancient relic, each with their own story. Mint wants to use it for revenge, while Rue wants to use it to revive a dead friend. While it's classified as an RPG, Threads of Fate looks almost like a brawler-cum-platformer, rather than a role-playing game.

Dino Crisis 2 is on deck for a PlayStation Network re-release. The ESRB rated Capcom's dinosaur survival game as a PSP and PlayStation 3 title with Sony Computer Entertainment America as the publisher. In Dino Crisis 2 players control Regina and Dylan, a commando literally from another time. Both of them are armed and ready to shoot velociraptors.

Interesting fact about Dino Crisis 2 – its actually made by the creator of the Ace Attorney series. Shu Takumi spearheaded this project before moving on to Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for Game Boy Advance.
