Alongside the start of the 2024 New York Comic Con, Crocs opened orders for its Pokemon Classic Clog adult and kid size shoes and Jibbitz charms. There are four variants inspired by different characters, with the adult ones costing $69.99 and kids version being $54.99. As the website offers free shipping on orders over $49.99, these would all ship for free.

These were first teased earlier in 2024. The four variants all feature shoes with more neutral and subtle insignias, with the more obvious Pokemon elements tied to Jibbitz charms. As an example, the Gengar version is a purple, black, and magenta tie-dye Classic Clog with a black sole, insignia on the back of the strap and Poke Ball imagery. The Jibbitz on it feature two Snorlaxes, a ZZZ bubble, and a Normal type icon. 

Here are all the Pokemon adult and kid Classic Clog shoes available. The adult Pikachu style is also still in stock.

You can get different types of Pokemon Jibbitz charms. There is a five pack of “elevated” with metallic elements for $24.99. You can also get $4.99 charms of Bulbasaur, Charmander, Gengar, Jigglypuff, Pikachu, Piplup, Psyduck, Snorlax, Squirtle, and a Poke Ball listed on the site. 

And here’s how each adult version one looks. The kids versions, when available, are identical.

This isn’t the only kind of Crocs based on a popular Japanese series to appear in 2024. The Gundam collection appeared back in July 2024. That All Terrain Clog and matching Jibbitz charms are still available on the official site. 

The Pokemon Classic Clog adult and kid variants are now available. The most recent game is Pokemon Scarlet and Violet on the Nintendo Switch. The anime is streaming on Netflix.

Crocs will release four limited-time Classic Clogs designs based on classic Pokemon from the Pokemon series. They’ll come out in 2024 and will be available at $70 per pair. [Thanks, Sole Retriever via Nice Kicks!]

There’s no information on when to expect these shoes. So far, if you check the Crocs website, there are only kids’ Crocs that have Pokemon designs available to them. Once Crocs puts the Classic Clogs on its website, you’ll be able to choose from Charizard, Snorlax, Gengar, or Jigglypuff. There will also be Jibbitz available of each Pokemon. As a side note, Gengar and Jigglypuff Jibbitz are already available on the Crocs website. However, the existing Jigglypuff has a slightly different design.

Pokemon isn’t the only piece of Japanese media you can get Crocs for. The shoewear company has released limited edition items for franchises like Hello Kitty, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Mobile Suit Gundam. Like the Pokemon ones, they usually have the same color scheme as a prominent character (or mobile suit), as well as come with Jibbitz of them.

The Pokemon Crocs Classic Clogs will come out in 2024 and will be available in adult sizes for $70 a pair.

A 50th anniversary version of Hello Kitty Crocs will appear on January 18, 2024. There seem to be three different variations of the shoes.

The shoes will be available outside of Japan as well. For instance, they’re already on the Canadian Crocs website, though they’re Coming Soon and unavailable for pre-order. You can get a classic cog that’s in Hello Kitty’s white-and-red. This clog will come with black whiskers right on the shoes, as well as a bowtie Jibbitz charm. You can get this in multiple sizes for adults, children, and toddlers.

The other shoes are more specifically for adults. There is a Siren Clog that you can get in blue, with a Hello Kitty pattern all over the top. It’ll come with a red bow and figure Jibbitz charms, and has a 3.6 inch heel height. There will also be a Stomp Slide, which is essentially slippers with a slight heel. The sole has a sparkly, somewhat Y2K look to it, and it’ll come with a red bow Jibbitz charm. Like the Siren Clog, there’s a Hello Kitty pattern on the shoe and the heel height is 2.7 inches.

The 50th Anniversary Hello Kitty Crocs will come out on January 18, 2024. Other merchandise for the event include a reusable calendar and dolls.

Crocs and Crunchyroll announced that there will be Jujutsu Kaisen Crocs shoes and Jibbitz charms for them. They are expected to release in November 2023, but an exact release date and price weren’t announced.

There will be three sorts of Crocs in this collection. The cspired by Yuji will only be available for kids. It is blue with a red strap and charms tied to the character. The Gojo clog, which is black with purple accents, Satoru Gojo charms, and a white strap, will appear in adult sizes. The Classic Slide sandal will be black with red accents and feature charms of Yuji and Megumi.

And here are the Jujutsu Kaisen Jibbitz charms that will be sold. The one pack includes an array of characters, while there will also be the series’ logo, the Tokyo Jujutsu High emblem, and Sukuna’s finger.

Quite a few Crocs crossover shoes appeared in the past. For example, at the 2023 New York Comic Con, there was a first look at the Demon Slayer designs and charms that people could buy. There are also Sonic the Hedgehog Crocs and charms. A McDonald’s crossover collection appeared in November 2023 too. The shoes in these sorts of collaborations are often limited edition items, which means they would only be sold for a limited time and perhaps not be rerun.

The Crocs Jujutsu Kaisen collection is on the way and will appear in November 2023. The Jujutsu Kaisen anime is streaming on Crunchyroll, while the manga is handled by Viz Media outside Japan.

Crocs has teamed up with Demon Slayer for a line of anime-inspired comfort footwear. The line will be exclusively available as early-access merchandise at New York Comic Con 2023. Following the event, the themed shoes will be sold exclusively at Foot Locker's physical locations and at online stores. The crossover was announced on the NYCC social media .

The new Crocs collection will feature footwear inspired by four main characters from Demon Slayer, including Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, Inosuke Hashibara, and Zenitsu Agatsuma. The Crocs feature the color of each character’s haori or take a signature color from their design.

Each piece in the collection will also include custom Jibbitz with Demon Slayer motifs that can be added and removed from the footwear according to personal preference. Chachamaru, Nezuko’s wooden box, and Chuntaro are just a few examples of the Demon Slayer Jibbitz.

At New York Comic Con, the Demon Slayer Crocs will be sold at booth #3001. New York Comic Con starts on October 12, 2023, and runs until October 15. You can pre- for the convention online on the NYCC website.

A new line of Crocs footwear inspired by Demon Slayer has been revealed and will be sold as early access at New York Comic Con. After that, they will be available exclusively at Foot Locker stores, both physically and online. Demon Slayer is now available to stream on Crunchyroll and Netflix.
