TV Tokyo shared the new trailer and key visual for Season 4 of the Bleach: The Thousand-Year Blood War anime adaptation. No release date has been detailed yet, and more information will appear in the future.

It was also confirmed that this will be the final season of the Bleach anime series, and it adapts the final arc of the manga. The new teaser trailer shows the dual swords that represent Ichigo Kurosaki’s true shikai form transforming into the single sword that he uses for his Bankai, Tensa Zangetsu. After the transformation, the sword is shown shattered in half.

The collection includes pillowcases, mattress pads, duvet covers, and blankets, featuring designs the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War anime. The release date for the new Part 3 of the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War anime series has been decided. The new arc, titled The Conflict, will begin airing in Japan at 11pm JST (7am ET/10am PT) on October 5, 2024. [Thanks, ryokutya2089!]

According to leaker ryokutya2089, the new season of the anime series will premiere a month from now. Coincidentally, the release date for the new season falls on the same day that the original Bleach anime adaptation released in back in 2004 in Japan. Similarly, the first season of the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War anime premiered in Japan on October 11, 2022.

As a reminder, a teaser trailer for the new anime arc of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War appeared on July 8, 2024. It briefly showcased the opening and ending theme songs for the new season. Additionally, a key visual image featuring the main characters appeared alongside the teaser trailer.

Mobile developer KLab announced Bleach: Soul Puzzle, a match-3 puzzle game featuring characters from the Bleach anime and manga franchise. The title is set to launch worldwide sometime in 2024, though an exact date is yet to be declared.

The game will features items, special blocks, and special attacks on top of the basic match-3 mechanics. Chibi versions of characters from Bleach and the recent Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War anime appear in the game, and there appears to be a mode that allows players to arrange characters and scenery to recreate scenes from the series. There is also a pre-registration campaign going on, with the prizes like in-game currencies, items, and the chance to win an acrylic stand of protagonist Ichigo available.

Earlier in July 2024, it was announced that Part 3 of the the Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War anime series would air in October, 2024. Part 3 of the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War anime series will premiere in October 2024. A new trailer showed the new release window alongside a glimpse at the opening and ending theme songs for the series.

The opening theme song for the new part 3 of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War will be performed by Six Lounge and is titled “Kotoba ni Sezu Tomo” (or “Without any words,”) while the ending song is called “Monochrome” and is performed by suisoh. The new trailer depicts various of the key characters in the season unleashing their Bankai abilities, and you can check it out here:

In addition, a new key visual art for Part 3 The Conflict was revealed and it features Ichigo Kurosaki standing with his zanpakuto unsheathed next to Orihime Inoue, Yasutora “Chad” Sado, and Ganju Shiba.

KLab announced that it acquired consent from the Bleach production committee to develop a new hybrid casual mobile game based on the series' Thousand-Year Blood War anime. The new game will Japanese and English, and it will be available in almost all countries and regions worldwide, except for Mainland China.

In its press release, KLab described "hybrid casual game" as a model that combines the simplicity of casual games and the long-term playability of online games. The game will also generate profits from both microtransactions and ments.

KLab did not specify the platforms for the new game. However, it placed its press release on PRTimes under the "Smartphone Game" category. Therefore, this new title will appear on mobile devices.

KLab has previously released a Bleach live service game, and it is still ongoing as of May 2024. Bleach: Brave Souls originally came out for Android and iOS mobile devices. The company gradually added PC (Steam) and PlayStation 4 to its platform lineup. Brave Souls had recorded over 70 million s as of November 2022; that number has since been updated to 90 million in late April 2024.

The new Bleach hybrid casual game will be available worldwide on mobile devices.

A Figuarts Zero figure of Byakuya Kuchiki from Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War will be available for purchase. There is currently no information on the price or the release window for this figure.

The Twitter for Tamashii Nations posted a picture of what the figure will look like. It will feature Byakuya activating the Shikai of his Zanpakuto, Senbonzakura. He’s holding the bladeless hilt of his katana while there are cherry blossom petals floating around him. The stand itself resembles the petals. In Bleach, the blade of Byakuya’s sword can transform into a bunch of flower petals, which he can control them from a distance.

Previously, Tamashii Nations released figures of Bleach characters like Ichigo and Hitsugaya. These figures are likely still available for purchase from storefronts like Amazon. Because Tamashii Nations works with a lot of different vendors, even people from outside of Japan should be able to purchase the products.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War started in October 2022 and serves as a continuation of the original Bleach anime. It adapts the Thousand-Year Blood War arc from the manga, which also serves as the final story arc in Bleach. You can watch it via streaming services like Disney+.

Bandai and Tamashii Nations have revealed a brand new Bleach Ichigo Kurosaki SH Figuarts figure which is set to release in Japan in October 2024 for ¥ 9,900 (~$64 USD). The figure has also been announced for release worldwide, but no release date or pre-order information has been provided at the current time.

The new Ichigo Kurosaki SH Figuarts figure is being referred to as his "Dual Zangetsu" version, which is based on his Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War appearance once Ichigo reforges his zanpakuto. When Ichigo reforges his zanpakuto, it reveals that his sword has become two halves of one whole. In this outfit, Ichigo wears a large red and white pauldron on his left shoulder and a smaller white pauldron on his right shoulder, creating an "X" across his chest, and around his waist is a torn white and black robe.

The figure comes with 4 swords: Getsuga Tensho and Getsuga Jujisho unsheathed, and the both swords sheathed. Ichigo also comes with four different faces, six different hands for gripping the swords or different poses, and various attack effects. Ichigo can be posed into many different ways to replicate his attacks from the anime by utilizing the provided stand that comes with the figure.

The original Bleach anime series began airing in 2004 through to 2012 and received four feature-length animated films during its initial run. The anime returned after ten years with Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War in 2022, and the new season is scheduled to air sometime in 2024.

The new Bleach Ichigo Kurosaki's Dual Zangetsu SH Figuarts figure goes on sale in Japan on April 19, 2024, and releases October 2024 in Japan. Tamashii Nations stated that more information about the worldwide release will be revealed soon.

Studiopolis, commented on it recasting Yoruichi in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. It stated it is due to an error the casting coordinator made when they mistakenly thought that her original voice actress Wendee Lee was unavailable. [Thanks, ANN!]

The American post-production and dubbing studio Studiopolis explained the situation in further detail to Anime News Network. Essentially, Studiopolis had always intended to keep as many of the original Bleach cast as possible when dubbing Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. It thought that Wendee Lee could not make the recordings and went on to cast Anairis Quiñones. At this point, Quiñones had already recorded several episodes’ worth of lines. This is in line with some of Lee’s comments on social media regarding the situation. Quiñones is still in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War as Hiyori.

Quiñones originally announced that she is no longer playing Yoruichi on October 21, 2023. At the time, she did not give any details as to why Studiopolis recast her as Yoruichi in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. The situation grew out of hand when several voice actors reacted with sympathy to Quiñones’s Tweet. Many on Twitter may have seen some of Lee’s replies to those comments, with Lee expressing disappointment that people ed Quiñones. Lee has since deleted the majority of these replies.

Lee has since apologized to Quiñones privately. However, Quiñones stated on Twitter on October 23, 2023 that she has not responded yet to Lee’s apology. She also stated that Lee needs to apologize to voice actors such as Faye Mata, Daman Mills, and Jenny Yokobori. These were some of the voice actors who expressed their for Quiñones.

Additionally, the trailer revealed that the release date for the new cour of episodes is set for 2024. However, no exact release window was given yet. Part 2 of the anime series concluded in 2023 with episode 26.

It is still unknown how many episodes the new cour will have. Part 1 of the new Bleach anime series was titled “The Blood Warfare”, with Part 2 titled “The Separation”. The official localized name for Part 3 will be “The Conflict”.

Bandai and Tamashii Nations revealed two new Bleach Figuarts Zero figures of Ichigo Kurosaki and Toshiro Hitsugaya. Each one costs 9,900 yen (or about $67). Pre-orders will be available from the Tamashii Nations online store starting on September 1, 2023. The figures are set to appear in Japan sometime on February 2024.

Specifically, the new figures are based on the character’s appearance in the latest anime adaptation, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. Ichigo’s new design is based on his latest Bankai powers. The figures depict both characters in the middle of battle, performing one of their signature techniques. The Ichigo figure is about 22 cm (8.6 inches) tall, while the Hitsugaya figure is roughly 18 cm (7 inches) tall.

MegaHouse is about to open pre-orders for two new Look Up figures of Ichigo Kurosaki and Byakuya Kuchiki from the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War anime. The set of figures costs 8,800 JPY (or about $64). Pre-orders will be available from the Bandai online store from August 3, 2023 at 10am JST (August 2, 2023 at 9pm ET/6pm PT.) The figures are scheduled to release on January 2024 in Japan. We'll then see them appear worldwide after that.

Additionally, purchasing the figure set from the Bandai store includes two zabuton floor cushions as exclusive bonuses. Each one imitates the color pattern of its respective character, and the name of the character is engraved on it as well.

Bandai and Tamashii Nations announced Byakuya Kuchiki will its collection of Bleach SH Figuarts figures. There’s only a Japanese release window at the moment. He’ll show up in November 2023 there. However, the global Tamashii Nations Twitter also shared him, confirming a worldwide release.

This Byakuya figure is based on his Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War appearance. His attire is different, as are his hair ornaments. Three face plates were shown in the announcement, with one neutral, one with his eyes closed, and another shocked. He also will come with his Zanpakuto Senbonzakura, which he can equip. No effect parts were shown in the initial photos.

Here’s the announcement showing four initial photos of the character. It also confirms this new Bleach SH Figuarts features special plastic for his uniform.
