Last night, Siliconera broke the news that Atlus USA would be publishing AquaPazza in North America. This morning, Atlus announced the game officially.
The rumor is true, Aquapazza, the fighting game with characters from Tears to Tiara and To Heart 2 will be localized. Atlus picked the PlayStation 3 title up and it will be released as a retail game
Aquapazza: Aquaplus Dream Match from Arcana Heart developer Examu would be a surprise since the mashup cast of characters comes from games never released overseas like Utawarerumono, Tears to Tiara, and To Heart2.
Developed by Arcana Heart 3 makers Examu, Aquapazza brings together characters from different Leaf titles like Utawarerumono, To Heart, White Album, and Tears to Tiara in a single fighting game.
A 20,790 yen ($252) bundle includes a Real Arcade Pro version 3 stick from Hori decorated with art from the game plus stickers and a set of character command cards.
