Capcom has announced the localization of the sixth Phoenix Wright game. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice will come to both North America and Europe in September 2016. It will be a Nintendo 3DS eShop exclusive in both regions.

In Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice, players get to follow both Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice as they handle cases in two different areas of the world. Phoenix is in the Kingdom of Khura’in, where Divination Séances and Royal Priestess’ Insight allow people to see the end of a victim’s life during trials. Meanwhile, Apollo is working in the Wright Anything Agency in Los Angeles on his own case.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice will be $29.99/£24.99/€29.99.

Capcom released the demo for their Nintendo 3DS title Ace Attorney 6 which will release in Japan on June 9, 2016. Fans can try it out by ed the demo through the Japanese Nintendo eShop.

The demo is the same from the web demo that released back in March, which features the Court part with Bokuto and a sample of the “Medium Vision” that will be in the game. The 3DS demo will also feature the game’s animated opening.

Again, pre-orders for the digital version of Ace Attorney 6 has begun in Japan. Those who pre-purchase can access an earlier or pre-load and begin playing the moment it launches.

Capcom showcased the latest on their Nintendo 3DS game Ace Attorney 6 with a look at some new footage at the NicoNico Choukaigi event. [Thanks, Perfectly Nintendo.]

The footage gives us a look of the very beginning of Ace Attorney 6, where Phoenix Wright meets Bokuto for the first time in Kurain Kingdom. You can read more about the first case in our earlier report.

Ace Attorney 6 takes place in Kurain Kingdom and Japan with two protagonists. When you’re not Phoenix, you’ll take on the role of Apollo. The video also gives us a look at some investigation parts, with the Fingerprint Detection feature, where you’ll apply powder to places on various objects to find fingerprints.

This time around, you’ll get to check out the evidence in 3D and look at it from various angles to look for fingerprints. You’ll also need to get the fingerprint and try to find a match.

Capcom shared the latest information on their Nintendo 3DS game Ace Attorney 6 with a look at a new system called the “Multi-Angle Video Indication” system.

As part of the game’s scientific investigations, there’s a new system called the “Multi-Angle Indication System” which shows a scene from the perspective of two different cameras. This system allows you to look and compare the two videos to find any inconsistencies from the footage.

You can use the bottom-screen to fast-forward, rewind, and pause the footage. You can also look at the footage by the frame.

By looking through the two videos, you can check for any differences and use it to your advantage.

Trucy Wright made her debut in Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, and is Phoenix Wright’s adopted daughter. She’s a high-school magician. As for Ema Skye, they show her make an appearance after having become a scientific investigator.

With Ace Attorney 6 releasing this June in Japan, Capcom has begun to share more on the 3DS title, starting with a look at the first part of the game’s story. Here’s a look at Phoenix Wright’s first case in the game.

Phoenix Wright visits the Kurain Kingdom in order to meet up with Maya Fey, who is in training. While waiting for her to finish her training, Phoenix decides to go sightseeing with Bokuto Tsuani as his guide.

However, during this time, an incident occurs, where the Kurain Kingdom’s treasure, “Jewel of the Founder,” gets stolen, and the guard that was watching over it also got murdered.

With the testimony from the chief priest Pottodino who supposedly witnessed the incident, and the vision from the “Oracle of Spirits” that shows what the victim saw before his death, Bokuto is arrested under the charge of theft and manslaughter.

Kurain Kingdom trials are done through spiritual trials without any lawyers. That said, the defendants aren’t able to share their s, and are practically charged as guilty by default. Phoenix believes that Bokuto is innocent, and goes out of his way to defend the tour guide as his attorney.

However, just as Bokuto learns that Phoenix is a lawyer, his attitude completely changes, and he scornfully stops telling the truth about what happened. To make matters worse, Phoenix is told that if he continues the defense, there is a “Defense Punishment” that awaits. Just what could that mean?

Pottodino Niwakas

A devout believer of the Kurain teachings, and the chief priest of the Jiin temple. He treats his “Damaran,” an instrument of the Kurain people, as his partner, and he also uses it for the musical performance of  Reyfa’s ritualistic dance.

He uses his instrument and plays folk music when giving his testimony in the trial, which seems to work out in his favor as he charms the judge and spectators in court. He claims to have witnessed seeing Bokuto kill the victim.

As Pottodino stands as the witness to the case, he’ll perform his “Damaran” instrument for his testimony, but he seems to also be holding an important key to solving the case…

Mitamaru

Mitamaru is Bokuto’s faithful dog. He’s usually comfortably hanging out in Bokuto’s bag, but when he sees his buddy in a pinch, he won’t hesitate to gallantly jump out and bark at whoever is causing trouble. He’s not only cute, but he’s quite the loyal dog. Again, Mitamaru has the prideful lineage of the Tibetan Mastiff. Perhaps we may see a big surprise from Bokuto’s faithful companion.

During the time of the incident, Mitamaru was inside Bokuto’s bag, although he seemed to have sensed something at the scene…

Capcom held a live stream for Ace Attorney 6 today, where they announced that the 3DS title is releasing in Japan on June 9, 2016, and they also revealed Maya Fey, Miles Edgeworth, and Klavier Gavin.

The above video introduces us to some of the promotional parts of the game, which will cost 5,800 yen for retail and 5,546 yen for the digital. First-print bonus for the game includes alternate costumes for Phoenix Wright, Apollo Justice, and Athena Cykes.

The Capcom shop will have an exclusive limited edition version for 9,100 yen plus tax. This will include the game, an original drama CD, a Kuttari plus, Bokuto’s tote bag, a visual poster card book, and an original box.

Capcom announced today that they’re going to host an Ace Attorney 6 edition of a Capcom TV live stream, where they’ll reveal the latest on the Nintendo 3DS title.

In addition to announcing the game’s release date, we’ll get the latest info with a reveal on “that character.” The broadcast will go on for two hours, and will take place on March 6, 2016 at 1:00pm JST.
