Star Ocean 5 Shows Its Heroes Getting A First Look Inside A Space Ship

Square Enix revealed some of the latest details on Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness, and the official website also updated with a look at the previous screenshots in higher resolution, along with a few new ones.

In addition to the top image depicting the protagonist Fidel Camus, heroine Miki Sorvesta, and the others in what appears to be their first time stepping into a space ship, the above image shows a little bit more of its interior.

 

As previously reported, Star Ocean 5 will start out on a planet that has technology close to that of 15th and 16th century of Earth, so Fidel and his friends are probably in for a huge surprise once they get to see a “Celestial Ship” for the first time.

Fidel and Miki are both from Starl Village, located on the southern end of Reslia Kingdom. Starl is a quite little place, but it, too, has been affected by the “Sven Years of Darkness” that has been plaguing the lands in recent history.

Planet Feycreed doesn’t have much to show for when it comes to technology, but it’s home to a mysterious source of magic that is used in everyday life. Starl is more of a simple fisherman’s village, that thrives off its port activities and wind mills.
