Sanrio and Sunblink announced not only Hello Kitty Island Adventure Switch and PC versions, but PS4 and PS5 releases as well. The Switch and PC ones will launch in 2025, with the PS4 and PS5 versions coming out after that.
For those unfamiliar, Hello Kitty Island Adventure is an Animal Crossing sort of life sim that involves players creating a custom animal avatar and heading to a tropical island alongside Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty, My Melody, Chococat, Pompompurin, Retsuko, Kuromi, and Cinnamoroll. They then help their new neighbors with quests, set up cabins for other Sanrio characters who may stop by as visitors, go through events, and learn more about the secrets of the island. Multiplayer is also ed, with some events even promoting cooperation with other players.
Hello Kitty Island Adventure first launched on Apple Arcade appeared in May 2024.
Hello Kitty Island Adventure is available for Apple Arcade now, and it will come to the Switch and PC in 2025. PS4 and PS5 version are also in development.
