Palworld PS5 Version Finally Launches in Japan

While the PS5 version of Palworld was a shadowdrop during the PlayStation 5 “various reasons” as an explanation for it not having a release date for the region. Now it finally debuted in the country on October 4, 2024.

There was again no exact explanation for the PS5 version of the game being delayed in Japan, despite being made available everywhere at the time. The official press release only included an apology for it not being a simultaneous launch. 

In case you missed it, here was that Palworld PS5 launch trailer that immediately showed up after the PlayStation 5 State of Play. 

The PS5 version of the game almost immediately launched after a bit of controversy. Nintendo shockingly similar or nearly identical to ones from Pokemon. 

Palworld is available in early access on the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC worldwide.
