The official One Piece July and involved special film screenings, trivia competitions, announcements tied to the series, and merchandise previews.
While little information other than the date and location are available, the official One Piece social media promised more details will arrive soon. Previously, the 2023 One Piece Day event featured a special screening of One Piece Film: Red, as well as several s featuring voice actors from the anime. The event in 2022 involved its own set of events, including a match of the mobile game One Piece Bounty Rush played by special guests and a documentary going over One Piece figure production. These announcements tend to also be shared online when they are made at the event.
Earlier in March 2024, a Luffy’s Gear 5 transformation became available via Cospa.
One Piece Day 2024 will take place from August 10-11, 2024, at the Makuhari Messe Convention Center in Chiba, Japan.
