First, here’s the official splash art for Topaz and Numby. It confirms that she is a five-star unit who uses fire-based attacks. It also revealed she follows the Hunt past, which means she should be a focused DPS who focuses on single targets. The tweet also noted her Japanese voice actress is Yoshino Nanjo, who previously played Krile in FFXIV, Kiria in Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE, and Eli in the Love Live series.
As for the new TGS 2023 trailer, the new Honkai: Star Rail character appears at the 1:25 mark. She appears flipping a coin and saying, “Belobog… 700 years… It’s never too late to pick up the tab.”
Honkai: Star Rail is available for the PC and mobile devices, with the PS4 version launching on October 11, 2023. That’s also when 1.4 is expected to appear, with Topaz being one of the two new five-star characters ing the game following that version update.
