May 2020 delay pushed it back from late 2020 into early 2021.
The developer cited from the extending it.

Arc System Works’ last Guilty Gear Strive announcement appeared during the February 2021 Japan Fighting Game Publishers Roundtable. It revealed I-No as a New Game+ Expo. It is possible it could show new footage from the fighter or make some other related announcement.
Due to the Guilty Gear Strive delay, the game will come to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC on June 11, 2021. An arcade version is also in the works.
