Data East has another round of Magical Drop for Japan. Next month, Magical Drop 2 will be re-released on Virtual Console. It’s one of three announced games for May.

The other two games are Super Famicom titles, Genghis Khan II: Clan of the Gray Wolf from Koei and Heisei Shin Onigashima First Chapter, a Nintendo developed adventure game originally released on the Satellaview. It’s part of an obscure series, which NinDB covered really well.
While it seems like there are only three Virtual Console games, other retro titles appeared after the monthly list. Metal Max and Samurai Shodown III were released last week.
