Amazon Prime Video acquired the streaming rights for Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX. It’ll start releasing the episodes starting on April 9, 2025, which when the show begins.
Not only does Amazon Prime Video have the distribution rights within Japan, but viewers in Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX Beginning, which is the compilation movie of the first few episodes and is currently still in theaters.
Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX is a collaboration project between Sunrise (Gundam series) and Studio Khara (Evangelion). It takes place in an alternate history of the original Gundam timeline, in which Zeon had won the One Year War after Char stole the White Gundam (now the Red Gundam). Five years after the war, Amate Yuzuriha, a high schooler, enters the world of Clan Battles, which are illegal mobile suit duels. However, the reappearance of the Red Gundam shakes up Amate’s life even further.
Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX will start airing from April 9, 2025, and we can watch it via Amazon Prime Video.
