Another store has put up product pages for port revival. Gaming Replay, a Portugese store, had listings up for a time for Mass Effect Trilogy Switch, PS4, and Xbox One versions. As you might expect, they only briefly appeared on September 16, 2020 before being pulled down. [Thanks, Nibellion!]
All three had preliminary box art, though the PEGI rating on all of them was inaccurate. In Europe, only Mass Effect: Andromeda had a PEGI 16 rating, which all three of the tentative listings had. Mass Effect 1, 2, and 3 were all rated PEGI 18. The PS4 and Xbox One versions had €59.99 prices, while the Switch version was listed at €49.99. The listings also claimed they would be released in October 2020.

This falls in line with a rumor from August 2020. Jeff Grubb suggested in Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase was announced for September 17, 2020, and Grubb tweeted, “I’ve hinted at one of the things that will be in it.”
2020 has been something of a year for retailer game leaks. Far Cry 6 was spoiled by a MAX product listings. The Mass Effect Trilogy Switch, PS4, and Xbox One pages could be another one, though this could also be nothing.
