Level-5 published a new video offering a development update on Inazuma Eleven: Great Road of Heroes. CEO Akihiro Hino apologized to Inazuma Eleven fans for the very long wait for this game’s release. Hino said that the development team is working to get the game released in 2023, although he also instructed people to wait for an official press release for the actual release window.
In the same video, Hino also showed footage from the latest Switch build, where the player-controlled character moves around various locations while being followed by party . He added that Great Road of Heroes will be a compilation of the Inazuma Eleven series, but not the final title in the franchise.

In September 2020, Akihiro Hino posted a message that stated Level-5 is Jump Festa 2021 held in December 2020.
Inazuma Eleven: Great Road of Heroes is currently in development for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and both Android and iOS devices.
