Humikane Shimada Optimus Prime Model Kit Revealed

Kotobukiya has Alice Gear Aegis. The company will release the kit worldwide in mid-2025.

Kotobukiya’s official English X specified that people can place orders for the model kit on Big Bad Toy Store. However, the web store already shows a “Pre-order sold out” sign. The same kit is alternatively available to order via AmiAmi, which also offers a discounted price of 6,600 yen (~$42.25) even though it uses Optimus Prime’s Japanese name, Convoy.

The non-scale model kit will stand at around 135mm (~5.31 inches) tall when completed. The package will contain multiple alternate hand and face parts. The latter will let the owner choose between a more mechanical or human-like facial expressions.

The Transformers Optimus Prime Humikane Shimada Version model kit will be available to ship worldwide from Japan in June 2025 and North America in July 2025.
