For one thing, you’re allowed to stream most of Persona 5 Scramble–with a caveat. If you’re ing screenshots or videos of it from the PS4 or Switch, you must use the consoles’ own capture and share functions. Atlus will not allow screenshots or videos captured via personal capture cards. You should also only videos to sites ed by the sharing features on Switch and PS4.

If you are showing event scenes or story scenes, Atlus wants players to mention clearly in the description or Tweet that there are spoilers, so you won’t accidentally spoil players who want to enjoy the game fresh. The footage/screenshots should also show: ©ATLUS ©SEGA/ ©KOEI TECMO GAMES All rights reserved. (If you capture gameplay via PS4 or Switch, this will be added for you.)

Other points of note include:

  • Please do not use the gameplay footage for any other purposes other than showing gameplay.
  • Please do not only the BGM/music data, or use gameplay footage for the main purpose of listening to the music.
  • ing gameplay to sites that require subscription services or payment to browse will be counted as using gameplay for monetary purposes. (Excluding NicoNico )
  • Do not use the gameplay footage to slander other people.
  • No matter the reason, if Atlus requests you to remove the video, please remove the video. Videos that Atlus deem are unacceptable will be deleted or taken off from viewing. Furthermore, queries into this matter may or may not be answered by Atlus, so please understand.
  • If the streaming or ing of gameplay leads to monetary loss, Atlus does not hold any responsibility, nor will they pay any monetary compensation.

According to Lavenza, players are not allowed to share anything about the game’s endgame or anything afterwards. Those who dare break this taboo will be cursed to only hear “Let’s go to sleep already” when talking to other people. Another cruel and unusual punishment will be that you’ll be stuck in Alice Hiiragi’s Jail, forced to endure her ‘punishments’ forever.
