Pokemon Unite Eevee Festival Means Leafeon and Umbreon Debuts

More Eevee evolutions are coming to Pokemon Unite as playable characters, with Leafeon and Umbreon on the way. The official Twitter announced an Eevee Festival that will celebrate current and characters. The Japanese site offered even more details, providing release dates for both. Umbreon will the game on May 25, 2023. Leafeon will follow on June 8, 2023. Inteleon will also eventually the game, according to the Japanese update.

Here’s the official announcement for the new characters and event. Like current playable evolutions Sylveon, Leafeon and Umbreon will start out as Eevee. As people play, they’ll then eventually level up to their final forms over the course of the map.

The Japanese announcement also showed the matching Holowear cosmetics that will be available for every Eevee evolution in Pokemon Unite.

Pokemon Unite is available for the Nintendo Switch and mobile devices, and we’ll see Umbreon in-game on May 25, 2023 and Leafeon on June 8, 2023.
