The Sword Art Online Twitter posted the concept art and design for Silica as she will appear in Last Recollection. As a reminder, Silica will have access to Wind Goddess Aeria’s in this game. She’ll be able to control the weather and the wind in battle, as well as the short sword Fierce Scourge.
Abec, who illustrates for the Sword Art Online light novels, was the designer for Silica. Reki Kawahara was the one who came up with the concept, and Kawahara is the author of the Accel World series of light novels. There are pieces of fabric that look like veils over Silica’s pigtails, and she is wearing a light green outfit. There is a hood on it, as well as two scarf-like lengths of fabric by it. She’s holding Fierce Scourge in the official art.
Sword Art Online Last Recollection will be a game adaptation of the War of Underworld arc. However, there will be original characters and events in this version that were not from the source material. Aside from Silica, Lisbeth will also be able to to a Super . She will be using Fire God Ignia’s goddess powers in the game.
Sword Art Online Last Recollection will come out on October 6, 2023 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Windows PC via Steam.
