Xseed ed on the scratch and search adventure game which gave Ignition Entertainment an opportunity to pick Lux Pain up. Ignition USA has Lux Pain tentatively scheduled to come out on March 24 or about a year after the game got released in Japan (thanks for the clue ZefiroTorna!).

Seeing Ignition publish Lux Pain also shows their relationship with Marvelous Entertainment is still on good regardless of the Xseed / Marvelous co-publishing deal. In the past Ignition published the English version of Steal Princess or Valhalla Knights: Elder Saga Ignition Entertainment could take care of them.
